Slow service, waited 18 minutes, finally got my coconuts for choc that I ordered and it tasted like ice, not how it normally taste from other boost juices 🤮🤮🤮.

Ordered two drinks, standing there waiting in 33 degree heat and 3 other people who ordered after us got their drinks before us. Let the staff member know that we've been waiting longer than everyone else and just told to 'complain to management'
With a proper line management system in place it shouldn't be too hard to get orders out in the correct order.

I have been in different boost my experience has been great, I went today to the one located close to Glenferrie station Melbourne, basically water has more flavour very disappointing:(

Customer service is terrible. Asked for a 'make your own juice' with beetroot, celery, carrot and ginger said they couldn't make it without fruit as it doesn't juice. I told them carrot is the base should be enough, asked for extra ginger and beetroot. It was orange with hardly any beetroot, no ginger and tasted of apple. How can you not make a juice properly. Over priced too. won't be back.
