Ribs & Schnitzel

Didn't know what five stars meant till now! Ordered delivery, expected your average kinda cold, Kinda soggy and of course above the average wait. FOOD WAS HOT CRISP AND DELICIOUS plus delivered in half the recommend time. Ribs almost fell off the bone and schnitzel crunchy and flavoursome!! I wish I could tip!!

Great conversion .... not convincing with their food, cleaning and hygiene though. Quaint but smartly converted from what was a tiny take-away shop with limited seats to a modern, dark Greyist theme, bench, outdoor style sheltered backyard area to dine. The open kitchen is still there with a bit of seating/waiting area at the front. Chicken Schnitzel wise; we've ordered four .... American, Parma, Spanish and Italian topping. Their Schnitzels are cooked well, moist and some small burnt parts, however the chicken meat was so bland, no seasoning I would say. Toppings are in between the good, the bad and the unattractive; the American was just over the top with Coleslaw, but taste okay. The Spanish was the reverse, lacking of toppings, 3 small Chorizos, taste not there. Italian and Parma are the best out of them. Their chips are good too, just a small serve. Cleaning, food handling and hygiene is concern, logistic between the freezer at the back to the kitchen and cooking.

Mediocre flavor with small size considering I paid $32 for a full rack of ribs and a side of chips...... I'm 60kgs and still wanting more... feel a bit ripped for the price I paid and minimal serve.. honestly I wouldn't buy again and I advise you shouldn't either... Plus side thought the Uber Eats delivery guy was freakin top! That was it.

the schnitzel was terribly small over priced for the meal i ordered..... i took it back and the chef responded perfectly and handled the situation well but the boss needs to up the size of the chicken as the box is huge and when you open the box you are very disappointed. (dont make the box smaller to make the chicken look bigger)
