Being from Texas I feel like I know bbq.
I am giving this meal 4 star versus 3 due to the fact it’s in Hays Kansas.
Overall the staff was great and location extremely clean.
The meat unfortunately could have basically come out of an oven and called bbq since they include sauce with it.
Price was basically $20 for the meal and drink.
I would eat there again (if I was in Hays Kansas)

Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from chain barbecue. The hot link and turkey were good. Brisket left a bit to be desired. The green beans are best skipped. The baked potato is definitely a hearty addition. Service was friendly and efficient

We had the place all to ourselves at 3. It is in the Tebo Plaza. It had a drive through as well. You can order ahead by phone or online. The pulled pork sandwich was good! Tender and juicy. It was also very big! 3 kinds of sauce are available. Great loaded potato salad, get this! The baked beans had a pork and beans flavor. NFL's Billy Sims restaurant.

This place operates like a BBQ chipotle where you walk in get your base and then get sides. Overall the food was okay however I would not want to come back. The pictures attached to the review are the legendary potato, pulled pork sandwich, and the Heisman sandwich.

Oh my goodness, do you get a tray full of food. The turkey was especially moist and tender (for breast meat). It was all delicious! We should have shared a meal, there was way too much!

Pretty good BBQ , I would eat here again and recommend it to others. The loaded potato salad is good too. Portions were appropriate, leaning towards generous. Staff were helpful too with suggestions as I'd never been.

Dried out brisket and chicken. The ribs were NOT fall off the bone, which could have been forgiven if they had been flavorful. The sides were fine but this food lacked love and care…and a proper bbq sauce lol

The ribs rock. Tender and fall of the bone good. Sports is on the wide screen televisions. They have a well organized line to pick out the items to make up your meal.
