We did a mobile order, but it wasn't clear how the curbside pickup worked, so we used the drive thru to pick it up. That went smoothly. It was fast and the food was still very hot. However, one of the sandwiches we got was really really dry. The meat and bread was good, but it was just very dry. Almost felt like we would choke if we didn't also have a drink. The potato wedges were good! Nice and hot and full of flavor.

Ordered Baja chicken wraps and received Baja ham wraps. If you can call it wrapped. Everyone knows how disappointing it is to get home, only to find your order is completely messed up. Called and they said they can make me new wraps but can not give me my side. (Potato wedges) Is two dollars of potato wedges really that bad to reimburse to have a pleased customer? Only pleasant experience about this trip was the girl attending the window when I first went through the drive through. Great customer service.

So I'll start with the positive. Our food was good and the coffee was creative and good as well but that's absolutely the end of our positive review, hence the 2 stars. Our server was BEYOND rude and unhelpful. Not a smile, not a hello, not a how can I help you. The menu board wasn't working and when we asked for a menu she just looked at us and said "we don't have one" and then stared at us. Finally, since she was of NO help my daughter looked up the menu online. I placed my order and she looked at me when I was finished and said "what do you want, I wasn't listening". The story went on but I won't. I ALWAYS tip at 20 percent but I did not tip her. We won't be back, the food wasn't nearly good enough to put up with that attitude.

We went in and placed our order to go. We got our coffee right away. S few minutes later we got the latte. We waited for another twenty minutes for a smoothie and grilled cheese. We finally went up and asked for our money back. The grilled cheese was in the window just waiting to be picked up. We were in line for over ten minutes and no one even attempted to get the grilled cheeses. The poor cashier was doing her best but the girls making the drinks seemed busy talking to each other and the cook in the back was just standing around. They did give us our money back for the two items. I will never go back

I’m not one to leave horrible reviews, but this is just unacceptable and a health hazard. This apple has mold on it. It was sliced and served to me this way in a to go order. If I could give 0 stars, I would. When I called in to complain, the employee didn’t offer any type of refund, just a “sorry.” Very disappointing customer service. I will not be returning.

This is my spot to stop in when I'm coming and going from wichita. The coffee is decent and I like the variety of food options. Everything is decently proced as well and the inside is really slow and calm. If you're on a long road trip it's a good spot to stop in for a break, and the staff is kind too, with a quick turn around on your order. Always a pleasure!

Pass it by. I don’t know why this is a chain or franchised. It was horrible and I had high hopes because there isn’t much in Hays. Go to the local coffee shop in town. Much better service and coffee. Issue was it was Sunday and the local place is closed. I have never seen a microwave in the lobby of a restaurant. Right next to the napkins. If that doesn’t scream pre-made frozen food, I’m not sure what does. Why would you advertise that?
