Old Chicago

One of the better pizza places. I would categorize this as Gourmet pizza. This one of the Great 4 pizza places in my collection 1. Old Chicago (Midwest) 2. BJ Chicago Pizza (Chicago Pizza California style) 3. Numero Uno Pizza (Southern California) 4. Fresh Brothers (Hollywood California) A superb tasty pizza will run you between $30-40 for a medium/large with about 7-8 toppings I always wanted to try this place first seeing it in Kansas City then off the freeway here in Fort Hays. The staff was super friendly and helpful. I'm a truck driver so I parked in the Walmart and walked over as no trucks are allowed and plus there isn't any room to tern around anyways. I will totally be back to grab another Pie. as I pass through 3 times a month

Our waitress Jocelyn couldn’t have beef nicer! She was friendly and helpful with the menu and service. Both managers we met were more than gracious. Our meal was a bit slow coming out so they gave us a bit of a discount. We had a great conversation with Lexie the manager as well. The food was delicious and the service could not have been better! Definitely recommend this place.

Not the greatest. My wife has ordered from there before and food was good but they were having an off day when we went in to eat, my food was overcooked and hers was undercooked. Appetizers were done well. Overall decent, will probably go back, but not for lunch. Edit: Staff on hand was very helpful and attentive. I spoke with the management and they took care of everything.

Never been to an old Chicago that was so family friendly. We are normally afraid to go out to eat with our crazy toddler, but this place had a little pool with toy fish and little fishing poles. The host girls sat us near it and asked if they could show my toddler! They were so sweet to her and she had a blast while we enjoyed great food and beer.

Read mixed reviews, but decided to try it and we're glad we did. We got a house salad and I got the homade blue cheese dressing which was exceptional. We ordered the cheese bread which tasted like a focaccia style bread, very good! We shared a hand tossed mini pizza of bacon, green peppers and onions. I have to admit it didn't look that great, veggies looked a bit dehydrated, but the taste was excellent. The dough is tender and flavorful. Service was great and the prices match! Give ita try when you're passing through!

My boyfriend and I went on a date here. We where scared that it was going to be over priced and terrible food/ quality. But what we got was a complete opposite! Amazing food, great service (shout out to Kevin!) and best of all it only cost 25$! we got the twisted chicken and blue cheese dip and my boyfriend fell in love with it! That’s a big compliment since he’s going keto and eats a lot of chicken and cheese! we then got the classic on cauliflower crust. I had never tried it and my boyfriend was never a fan until now! It’s better than normal crust! To round out the night we had a great waiter that was very patient about things (boyfriends autistic takes forever to make up his mind and is constantly being distracted) plus he was very funny and charming! You guys most likely will see us again next month for our once a month date because you guys rocked it!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I hardly ever leave reviews, especially bad ones but experience was absolutely terrible. I work in the service industry so I understand and give the benefit of the doubt but today is my birthday so we wanted a good dining experience. Drinks took FOREVER, food took FOREVER, kitchen also added mushrooms onto the chicken carbonara when it’s not on the menu so I sent it back and was still charged. I refused to pay for it since I never ate any of it and server ended up changing it which also took FOREVER because it seemed like no one was helping him. Bartender bragging about his new job and ignored incoming tickets to do unnecessary dishes. Coworker on his day off jumped behind the bar to get some drinks out (thank goodness) or else we wouldn’t have gotten a second drink in OVER 2 HOURS. Nice server but the slowest/laziest bartender I’ve ever seen. Will not be back to eat dinner here again. Very disappointed.

Im not one to complain very often but we had a terrible experience. The waitress accidentally dropped to glasses of water on our toddler. (I know this happens however so not a huge deal) but then the waitress left the spilled water all over the place and didn’t clean it up or bring us anything to clean it up ourselves. Very odd… Then, after leaving us there for 20 min with half of our drink orders and sitting in a puddle of water, we had to ask another waitress where our original waitress was so we could order and finish the clean up. We placed our order and after an additional hour, the food arrived both cold and overcooked at the same time. We refused our entire order and just left after having wasted 90 min for nothing. Worst experience ever.
