Good menu selection, good Coffee, nice vibe… if you’re going to order the avo toast though… ask for it to be heated, mine wasn’t just cold, but straight from an ivy fridge cold,… on warm toast, which wasn’t so great. Thanks for the reply… we had already bothered the staff with an not quite right coffee, and incorrect fix of the coffee, plus issues with the furniture… so we were definitely at a point thinking we shouldn’t be bothering the staff too much more.. . But also, seems weird for the avo to be icy cold as standard.

I work around the corner and come through most weekends. They have an issue with the kitchen taking way too long on simple orders. Everytime. The most recent is a chicken Sandwich and a toastie. Kitchen said 10 mins. After 20 we asked. Another 10 they said. Then food came out in 30. So we waited a total of 50 minutes for a sandwich and toastie for takeaway. Next time tell me you will take 50 mins so I know not to waste my time. Staff were nice enough to compensate with a croissant but no matter the compensation I will unlikely come back. Anyone who wants to order food make sure you allow an hr in kitchen traffic.
