The lady in store was really lovely with my son this morning when in store. She went above and beyond to make him feel special and he loved the ice cream. Always a great store and team when we visit!

First drive thru for ice cream I've seen. Staff was helpful and sorted out order quick

Staff were friendly enough but there was 1 poor dodo trying to do it herself and it looked like the owners of something were to busy being "important". Ice cream was good but really wanted to use the drive through but obviously couldn't with the lack of staff.

Went in at around 9:30pm tonight to get some icecream for myself and one to take home for my brother and the blonde teenage girl who served me was rude and looked like she could not be bothered to serve me and did not want to be there. When I walked in there was nobody in there apart from me and as soon as I walked up to the counter and said hello the blonde teenage girl who served me rudely said do you know what you want which I found very rude as she didn't even give me time to look and see what I wanted. Upon ordering she seemed in a rush to get rid of me and started putting the lids on my icecream and trying to get me to pay before I even finished telling her my order.
This girl could do with more training as she lacks customer service skills
