Mcdonald's

I ordered 3 large fries through the drive through. When I received them the fries were saltless, cold, dry and some tasted as though they had gone foul. I don’t know if McDonalds has purposefully changed their chip seasoning recipe or their food safety policy. If the store manager could shed some insight on this occurrence, that may put my mind at ease. However, if the chips should be served hot and seasoned adequately, then it is important that the staff be better trained in order to adhere to company recipes and policy.

Worst meal I've had at a McDonald's. The chips were not even cooked, they were as hard as anything and completely inedible! I don't mind waiting 8 minutes in drive thru so long as I actually get chips that are cooked and the correct items that I ordered which I didn't in this visit! Missing items and undercooked food, I will not be going back in any hurry!

horrible service! barely anyone in there (including drive through) and yet took ages. Paid $1 extra for some bacon on a burger and yet didn’t get it… no napkins even though we ordered for takeaway so you could realise the struggle it made travelling back to our home with no napkins. Ordered 4 different meals and all of them were bad in their own way. Burgers were dry and the only thing good about the food was the chips and even then they had no flavour. But what do you expect from Gold Coast Helensvale 😂

Siganto drive is a mix bag. You never know what you are going to get. Once my large sundae was only half a sundae, I said something about it and she just said it had melted. Once the topping wasn't even half a teaspoon, she said the pump wasn't working. They miss items etc and burgers are badly slapped together. My least favourite McDonald's to go to.
