The new kid you have on the drive through is an absolute champ! He is so dam polite and clam in manic situations and always has EXCEPTIONAL manners!
10/10 for his customer service the kid deserves a raise! He was just managing a packed out store and drive through angry customers and delivery drivers on his own while one other girl worked the back!

Food was great! However the girl that served us was beyond horrible! :/ she was so rude, rolled her eyes a few times and honestly just knew she didn’t want to be there… definitely didn’t make it feel like a good experience when she was waiting for us to finish eating so that we would leave and the restaurant would be empty again… at 8pm

There's a a new kid here likely in his first job and he is a champion. Tells you to drive safe every time you come through and is just good at what he does. Also the spicy fried chicken be hittin' different 👌

Got 2 reds roasts combos today. The meals themselves were nice but very hard to eat with my fingers
We only got one knife and one fork. Really guys how hard is it one knife and one fork per meal not per order. Go to red rooster at Beaudesert they are always friendly and never miss anything out of your order. You should send your staff there to learn how to count. Not happy

Roast chicken & potatoes awesome, chips undercooked & soggy, potatoes and gravy needs more potato, corn yummy. Thought strange 3 potato dishes in 1 meal - chips, roast and potato and gravy, maybe peas instead of 1?

One of the worst Red Roosters to visit, so poorly run. Food is always on the colder side, Room temperature. Half the time you have to be yelling for them to hear you when going through Drive through.
It is absolutely mind blowing how each Red Rooster Store varies in quality. The best one so far on the Gold Coast is the one in Carrara... never a complaint, everything always hot and fresh.
