Hero Sushi Helensvale

Two dishes were ordered and both received were terrible. Beef Udon - The soup was very bland and the beef pieces were very very dry, tasting and feeling like it was cooked many many hours earlier. Pork Katsu - Very average and dry and the pork was quite cold. Not much flavour at all. Dishes were served up in plastic containers which looked like they were the instant noodle meals from a supermarket in which all you need to do is add water. The staff were friendly but that was the only positive. My view on the dishes order is based on my experience eating the same meals else where in Australia and Japan.

Terrible. To be honest my mom and I loves japanese. Specially teriyaki Salmon(our favourite that is why we know what to expect). But last time we were there, we waited for so long just for two meals. And end up finding one of it that they serve us wrong meal. And so we waited again. Then i was eating my salmon and half way through because i usually eat small pieces first, I end up finding big pieces of salmon that its raw as in raw. Very disappointed. I'm not going to dine with them ever again. I always eat teriyaki salmon but i know it wasn't suppose to be raw inside. Better go Danosi.
