Teriyaki Madness

I’ve eaten here for over a year and recently we ordered the spicy chicken and it was mixed with real chicken and the fake chicken or beyond meat, something that looked like chicken but didn’t grill the same. It was perfectly shaped squares that peeled off in layers. I called to speak with mgr, no response. They’re stretching the meat with other products unaware to their customers. Decided to try it again after the complaint and the chicken portion was definitely cut in half and the veggies 🥦 were not cooked. Also it was like five guys in the back playing loudly like they were in a park the entire time. It’s obvious what’s going on here and the staff complaining about the working conditions to customers. It’s only a matter of time before someone gets sick.

We told them it was are first time experience there restaurant... sadly reviews are 50/50 are experience was bad. Cold food over cooked rice. We've been here in Henderson for about 2 and a half years finally giving them there shot. To many great options like China a gogo and l n l Hawaiian BBQ and more...

TO BAD YOU HAVE TO LEAVE A STAR!....Placed an order on 10/31 online @ 5:29pm when I arrived the store had closed early for Halloween, when I called the next day I was promised I would recieve the refund in 3 days as I was told the owner personally refunded all transactions that day after closing, here we are, you can guess what I have not received, when I call (Does not matter what day of the week/weekend) and ask for a manger no one is ever there to take my concern, I was promised a call today to resolve, NO CALL. They are THIEFS. Every employee and the owner. "The owner said to have the manger call me today" according one guy. I will be filing a BBB complaint and leaving this review everywhere I can.
