Buffalo Wild Wings

I ordered 2 flavors of wings. Both were combined in one plate with no divider and the Fries looked like the were loaded in the plate first. The Sauces ran all together and my Fries were smothered and inedible. Not happy with the food at all. Normally in the past it is packaged better. Wasted $40... I called the restaurant and spoke to Alex(General Manager?) She advised me that next time request that the flavors are boxed separately because that is just how they come "ALL TOGETHER MIXED UP IN 1 BOX".

Wings are good, I like them extra crispy, which they will do if you ask for it. They have a great selection of sauces and rubs, the teriyaki is very flavorful. If you like it spicy, Asian zing is good. The regular hot is not that hot and their hottest, Carolina Reaper is a little to hot, wish they had something in the middle. Their new tenders are a pretty flavourful, though they have a little too much breading but if you like extra crispy fried chicken then they'll be perfect for you and you get your choice about the sauces for them.

I spoke with the manager Victor Nunez he advised because Uber handled my order he is refusing to make my order all over again due to a major allergy I have and I explained I paid almost 40 dollars for a meal I cannot eat and he told me talk to Uber and continued to say to to Uber if my receipt says it and I am telling you I have an allergy just remake my food don’t make money off me and refuse to remake my food I can’t even make this up and to make matters worse I just got off a 12hr shift

Charged my Oder complete incorrect, service was terrible, food came out cold, I order a basket of fries and received a small side order of cold fries, my wings came out and they were basically dry with none of the sauce on it where you are able it’s basically just the wing, they double charge everything. I didn’t even eat my food how upset and dissipated I was. I will go to the galleria location next time! as I am a server myself in a different restaurant and I am very understanding and patient but she could see I was unhappy and only checked up on me only twice of my whole vist here when I came in for drinks and then to give me my check. I will not be back to this location

Ever since the remodel, the servers are the absolute worst. They’re so lazy, never check up on you. They’ll walk by your table several times before taking your order. Our food is almost always wrong. They’re constantly on their phones or just lolligagging. They try to make you order on the website that never works. Do not come here if you want a good experience.

Slow with take out orders. And while I was standing around waiting for my order, I'm watching this employee standing in front of the food on the heat table. She's standing there eating and reaching OVER the ready-to-be-served food, dipping in her food in sauce. I'm glad my order was take-out and not on one of those plates. Besides that she was yapping with employees who i suppose were trying to get food out, making them move slower. I won't be eating at this one any more.

Came in around 9 PM ordered a main course both for me and my partner and one side and when the server gave us our plates made comments of HOW MUCH FOOD we ordered ,the wings were over cooked it was like jerky on the bone and the were missing some wings and the celery and carrots ordered, 5 minutes into our meal the server comes and places boxes on our table and states" my shift is ending if you want to stay you need to move to the bar cause I'm cleaning"..the establishment closes at 2 am btw ,this was the worst service and wings Ive ever had from BWW . Wont be returning to this location again!!!
