Mcdonald's

Note: this is not a review about food/location. I am sure that everyone knows how great McDonalds’ foods are. Service was superb in this Mcdonald’s, and I’m referring to this cheerful young employee - Azlan. We came to have McRib this afternoon and was planning to get the 2 for $6 deal. Upon ordering, we were told there’s no such a deal because they are a standalone restaurant in the Walmart. He apologized so sincerely and gave us other food suggestions, which he didn’t have to apologize for it. He also were smiling the whole time when he was explain why they don’t have the deal as other McDonalds do. I have been to Mcdonalds all over the States and this is the first time i have encounter this. I feel like i received a million dollar service at this Mcdonald’s. I honestly suggest anyone who owns a retail / customer service focused company, should come see for themselves and hire Azlan. He is worth million dollars.

Horrible service!!!! Don’t bother going to this location! We ordered through the app and the order was accepted and payment was processed but when we arrive to the location they said they were closed and had already powered down the computer. They informed us to call the following morning and talk to a manager about a refund. Allll day there phone has been on a busy tone like they took it off the hook. The Walmart has no way of transferring your call to the McDonald’s and will become angry at you for even asking. Worst experience I’ve ever had with two big franchises that supposedly pride themselves on costumer service. Still don’t have our money back or our food. We feel we’ve been robbed.

This Mcdonalds has to be the worst ever. This place is dirty & obviously not sanitized. The health department should pay a visit to this location. They had trash all over the ground & tables with the trashcan overflowing. Seems like the manager doesn't care about his restaurant being clean. We had to wipe our own table & chairs before we sat down. The employee then called 3 numbers & walked away. He left the 3 orders together with no numbers attached to it so we had to search the bags to see which order was ours. When we got our food, the fries were stale, my sons chicken sandwich looked as if someone took a bite out of the chicken. We took the sandwhich back & it took them about 10 minutes just to give us another one. This place is not even a 1 star. If only I could give a no star that would be great.

Been working inside this Walmart for a while and there’s this guy who always closes the store early and always talking to Walmart co workers (wish I can upload pictures of him but don’t know how unfortunately.., the guy wears beach shirts and has glasses with a comb over ... )also doesn’t wash hands .... . he is the guy in the night shift rude ! Doesn’t attend customers good don’t know why they have him they had a nice sweet lady that was very nice. Overall this McDonald’s sucks .... there’s one up the street on Stephanie and sunset better over there
