Starbucks

Starbucks @bicentennial in Henderson, NV. please don’t get mad you’re customers because one of the employees made the drink without coffee. Please don’t make the customer feel bad for you’re mistake. You gaslighting the situation didn’t make it better. You asking to throw away outside was rude as well. Ma’am, I hope you have a great F’n day!!!

I want to thank Ashley for saving the day!!! My best friend was super please with th way that you remade the drink even better than perfect. She doesn't mess around when it comes to her Starbucks drinks haha. I even tried it and you can taste the difference from the first Cosmo made and the Cosmo Ashley made. That is a job well done miss lady! Chris is another employee that definitely deserves appraisal for his hard work. I was impressed how he made my drink exactly like it was in the picture. Power to him for those impressive skills! I can definitely recognize that certain people definitely put there all into the job and I appreciate that greatly! I rarely go here, maybe I will start popping in a little bit more often with my bestie since this has became her top favorite Starbucks! She even prefers it over the one by her! I frequent this location 2 times a day and for the most part the employees are nice, however there are a few girls who need an attitude adjustment when working, especially in the morning, in the drive up. When asking you for your order, they are not upbeat, nor nice, acting like they are tired and don't want to be there, like you are doing them a favor by coming in. I don't like coming thru the drive-up and greeted with no enthusiasm and like you are bothering them. This also goes if you are coming in the very early morning before 6:00 a.m. as they act like they don't want to be bothered taking your order as they have to multi task in ordering and/or preparing your drink. Not my problem. If you go inside it is a little bit better, depending on who is making the drinks. There has been a couple of times where my drink(s) are thrown at me and my name not called out. Again, acting like they don't want to be there and just going through the motions. These girls I mention need to take some training/pointers from a couple of girls (Ramona, Lauren, Laurie, Emma) and Ryan there who always are smiling and have a great attitude.

Not sure what’s going on with Starbucks in Nevada. Wanted to grab another coffee while we drive to California and to recover from the previous Starbucks. Staff was really busy talking between themselves to even acknowledge us until we were right there. Specified hot coffee like I always do and still ended up with a cold coffee. The store was not even remotely busy. Attached to a gas station and the bathrooms were just gross. Also doesn’t seem to have mask enforcement as well which is odd for a Starbucks. A couple people came in after we ordered without one and nothing was mentioned.

Not everything shows on the menu in the drive thru but if you go here and ask about something, they'll know what you want. Latte is always good (when they have pink sweetener... shame on corporate for not having it regularly because nothing is nearly as sweet and Splenda has a bad taste once you add the 6 packets it takes to equal 1 pink-- which makes me wonder who at Starbucks also has investments in kps that they can afford 6x the number of packets). Folks are nice.
