Wendy's

I paid a visit to Wendy's on this Saturday in Glenwood, IL. The two gentleman working drive-thru at window 1 & 2 displayed such excellent customer service. They were very pleasant, friendly and had a smile on their face. I hadn’t seen customer service like that in a while at Wendy’s to be honest. I will give you guys a 5 Star on customer service alone!!! Keep up the great work!!!

Wendy's has good price combos and they have decent food they're on the higher end of the fast food spectrum definitely better than McDonald's. Their staff is always friendly and I really never had an order that wasn't correct. Or at places like Jack in the box and McDonald's have a messed up order several times. So if you're looking for quality fast food at a fair price with good service we needed the place to go. Don't get me wrong making your own food is still vastly better and it's not good for you food but if you're going for something quick that it's still decent quality we need is a good choice.

Third time's a charm. But still not right. I visited this location today at 1:27pm and 1:33pm AND 1:35pm. All for one bacon double stack. No bacon on the first try. No bacon on the second try. One piece of bacon broke in half on the third time thru the drive thru. While the food was hot. I wasn't impressed with the attention to detail and accuracy of the order. The guy that took my order was nice and on the third try he was going to make the order himself. I don't think he did because if it was me trying to make the customer happy I would've at least made sure there was an adequate amount of bacon on the sandwich. Nope, not mine. I think they were either playing a sick joke or they were that incompetent. Either way, I didn't appreciate it one bit and I hope the manager or corporate contacts me about this. I didn't find this funny at all. 1 star is all this deserved. A complete waste of time and money. I decided not to eat the food for who knows what was going to happen next. I was expecting sabotage of the food. Spit, hair or worse. I don't think I'll be returning for any more punishment. P.S. Wendy's, You owe me $3.57.

I paid $25 cash and ordered two combos of Dave doubles and they only gave me the burgers and drinks no fries and no receipt when I paid in cash. I was on the phone with manager Mario. He couldn't find a receipt so waited for an hour. I had to go to work so left. Yet it seems that Mario played it like he didn't know anything he couldn't solve the problem he is defenitely no competent for a management position. BUut you take my money and not give me any compensation for my time and making me late he refused to that wow!!! Never will I'll come back to this place and I'll send this to corporate they would love to know if Mario is keeping the money of clients like myself.

I just went through the drive through, my order was taken, medium diet coke and a chicken blt, total was $5.61, and told to pull up to the first window. I pulled up to the first window and to my shock a man with rage in his eyes was leaning out of the window with both arms and screamed at me at the top of his lungs, literally scared me, I pulled up and his eyes truly frightened me, I looked at him then kept going with no food. I called speak to someone who said he was the manager, Richard. I asked who was at the drive thru and told his name was Ashton. told him what just happened he really did not seem like he cared. Then he all of a sudden was not the manager, Ben was. I told him I wanted Ben to call me back. Richard said he was "occupied" and could not take my name or number. What happened to customer service??

Wendy’s has really stepped up their service, the staff is so friendly and helpful now. Wendy’s now has rewards and I got my lunch free. I thought they were on their way out and look who is not going down without a fight. I have always likes their food but just thought they were tires and something new would take their place. Way to go Wendy.
