We have decided to try” 8 Kitchen “- a Modern American Fusion Restaurant and we were pleasantly surprised. Fantastic place!!!
What a cool and unique concept!!!
The restaurant is beautifully decorated and the interior is very clean and inviting. You order your food from the counter as usual and they will bring the order to your table. They have an outdoor seating area too.
The food was so flavorful and delicious, portions were large, filling ,and nicely presented. The menu is big and they have a huge selection of dishes , with a mix of three unique cuisines ( Asian, American and Hawaiian cuisine) . We had : Korean Fries, Kimchi Burger, 8 Kitchen Dog , Wagyu Steak Sandwich Dip. Everything was so delicious and flavorful, freshly prepared and the steak sandwich was tender and juicy. The Kimchi Burger 🍔 was very tasty and flavorful . Korean fries was the best, a MUST TRY!!!
They have a great selection of drinks, definitely unique flavors that I have never seen anywhere.
The staff is super friendly and helpful, we definitely felt welcomed and appreciated.
We highly recommend it and can’t wait to go back to try more unique dishes.

This place was kind of a disappointment. I had higher hopes. The Mac salad was unseasoned and was bland. Didn't even finish it. I ordered the Korean Fries (bulgogi beef). The pickled slaw was overwhelming all the other flavors, all I could taste was vinegar. I had to remove it from the bowl. I won't be coming back. Friends ordered the chicken ramen and Pork ramen and both said that their bowls were a bit under seasoned.

The place was well-lit, and it's like a little hidden spot in Henderson. Prices are a little expensive for what they offer. Wagyu beef donburi wasn't anything special and the serving wasn't worth $17. The Loco Moco was okay but it definitely tasted much better with their fried rice!!! I would only eat the Loco Moco here with the fried rice, to be honest -the dish costs around $22. It was delicious but not something I would really come back and spend that amount for. I've had better, but this wasn't too bad either. Cashier was friendly!

Such a cute place. I love the Spicy Tacos, so much flavor and super delicious. My husband loves the Huli Huli chicken and the fried mushrooms.

Man. What a gem Google led us to last night for dinner! You walk in, order at the counter, and then sit at a table where they bring out your drinks and food to you. From what I understand, the space itself serves as a test kitchen for other restaurants or "Group Eateries." There were three different menus to order from: Japanese ramen, Hawaiian, and a modern Asian/American fusion.
We ordered Maison Tea (Thai tea w/ cream), crispy shrimp bao, short rib bao (fried), a furikake shrimp po boy, truffle fries, and loco moco rice bowl. Everything was so good. We can't wait to go back and try more foods!!!

Order at the counter then have a seat.
Stopped by here on a Sunday evening and it wasn't that busy. Service was good.
Food:
Tonkotsu Ramen
Huli Huli Chicken
The huli huli was ok. Not what I thought it would be. The Ramen was delicious. Broth was salty and silky. I wish the noodles were al dente.
Overall, I'd return and try other dishes.

Decided to try a Modern American Fusion Restaurant which was recomended by a Coworker of Mine. Man it did not disappoint! The portions were large, great flavor, and definitely a must try. They have a revolving menu and has a hawaiian/asian/American Flare. The Menu had a huge selection of dishes, we'll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu... 4.5 on a 5 scale.

This is an Asian fusion restaurant with a fun and eclectic menu. I had a Hawaiian Mango/Orange soda, which was sweet and refreshing. They had a nice variety of popular drinks and more unique ones. My husband and I shared the spicy Korean Bao buns and short rib bao buns. Both were fantastic, with a unique style. I loved the flavors of the spicy Korean bun and the kimchi cucumber was a perfect tartness against the sweet BBQ sauce of the short rib bun. Next we had the shoyu chicken Ramen. The broth and pork belly were authentic and savory. The crispy onions on top were a nice complement. I have had delicious Ramen before, so my only knock on it was that their noodles were nothing special. The atmosphere is modern and inviting; and the service was excellent. We will definitely be back to try some of the other interesting dishes on the menu!
