Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The manager on duty just yelled at me for asking for a refund ... Very unprofessional. She didn't even wash her hand before making my drink. On top of that I asked for an energy booster and she forgot to add it to my drink. There's 4 people working and my order took way too long to process. The Asian kid was very diligent and kind though to me though. The manager on the other hand was rude and tried to kick me out for asking for a refund. I wasn't even being rude when I asked, I was just grossed out by her not washing her hand plus she had long nails and she just sprinkled the boost into my drink like I should be okay with that. Sorry I'm not okay with that!

Paid $30 for two wraps and two smoothies, which wouldn't have been bad if the quality had been good. I ordered a breakfast wrap and added extra bacon and spinach. There was not extra bacon and I there was barely any spinach, and 50% of the wrap was just shredded cold cheese. My smoothie was also disappointing. My husband said his food was just "okay" and he would never order again. Just overall disappointing, I honestly would have rather gotten food at some other chain fast food place and gotten better food and drinks, and spent less.

This is the worst tropical smoothie and it’s consistently bad I’ve gone on different days had different people make the smoothie and it’s always awful. I blame myself for giving them multiple chances and money. I hate being a Karen but I always ask them to remake it and it’s never better. Or I ask for something else. I don’t know if the staff has been properly trained or not because they don’t put the correct amount of each item in the smoothies. And I know because I work does the company I know how each recipe should be done and it’s not up to company standards. It had no flavor or sweetness I can tell but the color most times it’s not the right amount. When I told him something was wrong with the drink a dark haired young man he said that’s how it was supposed to be but I’ve ordered this drink for 10 years I know how it tastes, at no other store I’ve been to a I’ve had such awful drinks I can’t even swallow it. He remade one of the drinks into something else I asked him to recommend and it was even worse. I will never be back to this location I have learned my lesson. Please save you’re money and time and go to another location or Jamba Juice.

Went here for dinner. We ordered 2 smoothies, a shrimp salad and sandwich. Smoothies tasted very watered down, too much ice. Not much flavor at all. The shrimp in the salad tasted like it was from a shrimp cocktail and the presentation looked as if it was from an airplane.Customer service was lacking as well. We were the only ones in there and when out food was ready, they set it on the counter and said "here's your food." I didn't expect to be waited on hand and foot but that was a little poor judgement.

To the owner, Ordered around 8pm on May 6th. This might be because of the night crew, but the customer service and the quality of the food is absolutely poor to say the least. I’ve been to this location a hand full of times in the last 5 months, and every time the men who work there do a horrible job. Idk if women have better attention to detail, but the white male with glasses and the black guy with a pony tail made a watery smoothie and made the sloppiest flatbread. I spoke with the two young men, because I know they can do a better job, I expressed my issues with the food and asked them to slow down a bit to improve quality. The guy with glasses just asked me if I knew what the date was, the other guy asked if they could remake my food. I appreciated it but the food was done so poorly I wanted my full refund - didn’t ask though.
