Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

We had purchased a fried turkey for Thanksgiving from this Popeye location and it was absolutely delicious. I wanted to order a fried turkey for Easter, however the staff was unaware of them having turkey's for Easter so I tried their fried chicken, it too was delicious, very fresh, fried to perfection and very tasty. I was told the fried turkey's are only available during Thanksgiving and Christmas on certain days and walk in only on a first come first serve option. The establishment was clean, service was friendly, helpful and professional. I was amazed at the speed in which our order was prepared and served. They have a parking lot, the parking lot was clean, they offer drive thru, clean restrooms, clean dining area and helpful staff.

Ordered a meal I requested a fresh meal, I got to the window and they hand me the meal I knew it wasn’t what I expected, the burger and fries were cold then I return it back, they tried and say it was out of the fryer when it was plain cold, they replaced my meal, fries were good but burger the same 🙄 then I opened the burger and it had a black spot on the chicken, I went back and return it and asked for a refund, avoid going at night I overheard the manager saying to another employee that they won’t make fresh food at night, so apparently they made it seem like my meal was replaced with fresh when in reality it was the same chicken sitting on the heat light. Avoid this place at night. Not to mention dude on the drive thru had a terrible customer service, didn’t bother to apologize for the situation.

So let me tell you I order from this Popeyes over 4 times from postmates and once in person. They were super busy today and my order was wrong but ray the manager i believe was able to handle the whole situation fast I mean their was a drink to meal in my order missing no sides or drink for the 6.99 box with a few pieces of chicken, but I digress overall I was able to get a meal and a drink just as fast great food and WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE Oh yes the empty box was for the extra buiscuits I ordered

There's chicken is grease and tiny drum stick and they don't give biscuits. We got the 1399 box mix the wings were tiny the drumsticks are tiny everything was really tiny you can fit each piece on the end of your fingers it was sad 😭. I won't be going back there anymore I won't be going back to that one anymore..

Ordered 16 piece meal. 7 wings, 2 legs, 2 thighs, 4 breast =15 pieces. Sides only filled up about 3/4 of the way. Had to wait 30 minutes, 30 minutes in the drive-through lane for the order to be given to me. Mild chicken wasn't ready.....at a chicken store Consistent bad service and underserved customers at this store. Avoid!!
