Just picking up an order, but the dining area was very clean. Employees greeted us with a smile.

Food was ready when I went to pick it which was nice. They messed up the cookies in my order though. Refused to switch out my drinks to a cup even though I watched her charge the people she was helping infront of me for a small instead of a large. Was able to do it for them at a lower price but refused me even though I would've paid the difference. There was no option to order a cup online as well and I ordered a green tea and got a sweet tea.

Usually have a good experience here. Don't wait long before I'm being help. Honestly sometimes I just come for the cookies! Which is why I give 4 instead of 5, because sometimes the cookies are burnt and/or old and hard. Also when they don't have any and I ask for them to make me some, I don't mind waiting, they refuse to do so. Other locations always do it for me. 🤷🏻♀️

They told me to “fuck off” because they were closed. It was 7:05PM and on google it says there open till 8PM.
If your closed early that’s fine, but there’s so many other ways to inform a customer other than to “fuck off.”

Less than competent customer service from employees to the manager. Ordered for pickup and they 1. Let my order sit there until it was soggy, 2. Made my order wrong, 3. Refused a refund even though I had receipt and the merchandise, 4. I couldn't get in touch with the area supervisor nor anyone from corporate. I ended up having to dispute the charges through my bank.

I always have a bad experience when it comes to this location but it’s the only healthy option at the food court. I had an experience when I was on my
Lunch break and they said they were closed yet it was only 5:00 and the mall doesn’t close till 7:00.

After my horrible experience at the Russell and boulder location i was skeptical of subway but the staff at this location was amazing. They were apologetic about my other store experience and were fast to fix the issue even though it was not their problem. Food was tasty and fast.

Very disappointed in my order! I ordered chicken teriyaki.....No joke I counted 9 little slices of chicken. It was more like a veggie sub....very frustrated! At work hungry...postmates let's the meal get cold...
and I could get pass that...the meal it self was very disappointing
