Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Worst service ever on numerous occasions. Today was the last day. I ordered a salad and they couldn't even get that right. The salad was missing the main ingredient that makes it a salad!! Lettuce!!! Waited 20 mins for him to make this salad. He even tried to convince me there was lettuce in there. The smoothie was watered down and it didn't even fill up the entire cup. Bad service, bad food, horrible employees.

Location doesn't follow up with online orders. Placed an online order and they didn't have one of the primary ingredients for an Island Green. Instead of calling so I had the option to cancel my order and go to another location, I wasn't advised until I arrived for pick up. Store didn't offer refund, just kind of shrugged that they couldn't make my smoothie, and when I inquired about a refund I was advised that it had to go to corporate for approval, and the manager just printed the receipt. When I asked about documentation of the refund request the manager was hesitant and ended up texting me a copy of the receipt as "documentation." One week later, no contact or money returned for a smoothie that I ordered, paid for, and never received. Highly recommend against online orders as the store will not contact you if something isn't available and you'll be screwed out of the money. Website is no help for contacting corporate, so what I was going to address privately with the entity is now going on Google for all, in hopes I'll actually hear back about my refund.

Short staffing must have caused the 1 employee to be in a bad mood (such a shame these young employees already have attitudes), and she didn't know how to make the drink correctly tasted horrible!!!!!!!! I was so disappointed. Couldn't get a refund so I just got a new drink from the same even angrier employee ,which still tasted wrong also the bananas were not peeled fresh they were brownish sitting in a big container on the counter!!!

When I walked in, it smelled HORRIBLE! I wanted to walk out but I really wanted a smoothie. Then, the cashier (who looked like he rolled out of bed) handled my cash and went to make the smoothie with no gloves. Proceeded to add water from the sink at the hand washing station into the smoothie. As I am watching him pour it into the cup, it spills on the side and he uses his fingers WITH NO GLOVES to push it back in the cup. When I told him that was gross he gave me a rude look and I walked out. Unacceptable.

This location has horrible customer service!! Employees that don't know the menu. What should have been a simple order took 30+ minutes and when I arrived home was completely different items. Called and they could care less. Should have known, the woman before me asked for her money back and left. Very disappointed!

The workers here deserve 5 stars every time. However, this store is constantly out of ingredients, lids, cups...you name it. I feel like they are frequently understaffed as well, because they consistently have the longest wait times of any Tropical Smoothie I've ever visited. But again, incredibly friendly staff!

Dirty place. I ordered a Thai chicken burrito and it had no carrots, missing other ingredients and wrap was made very small than normal size. The GM Kayla stole my money after I spoke with night shift and they said no problem I would get my money back. Kayla has no place to be a GM anywhere very rube and dirty restaurant. Worse TP ever. -0
