Chipotle

Steak was overcooked, old and dry. Asked when new steak would be cooked and was told I could have what was in the bin. No more would be brought out until the bin was used up. Wont be back, other locations take into account the quality and age of the meat. They're either fresh, or they bring out fresh. Had food poisoning at this location a few years ago. Apparently not much has changed. Lesson learned... again.

Probably one of the worst Chipotle’s in the area. The staff is very friendly, but the food isn’t up to other Chipotle’s. Whoever is on the night or prep shift doesn’t prepare adequately for opening. Always out of stuff in the middle of the day. The rice was the worst and clumped, the salas wasn’t anything like other locations. Do yourself a favor and visit another location. Would not recommend.

I love Chipotle but unfortunately I'm going to have to stop ordering Chipotle for delivery because this is the only store that will deliver to my address and the last four orders have just been ridiculous. I waited in doing a review because I gave them a chance a few times but I'm done. Today ordered three soft tacos and even though they got all of the ingredients right (literally the first time in 4 orders). There were three soft taco tortillas stacked one on top of the other, with all of the ingredients for all three tacos laying on top in 3 small piles. I literally had to grab a spoon and take the toppings off of the stack of tortillas into 3 paper bowls, then separate the tortillas and put the ingredients into their taco shell. They literally were too lazy to separate them and put the ingredients in each tortilla separately. In addition, one of the stacks had so much hot sauce that it was just about the only ingredient and another one had hardly any at all. Because of the way the stacks were done, it was very hard to move certain ingredients from one to the other. The steak was also dry and old. I guess I will just have to drive 8 miles to the next nearest Chipotle and pick it up myself. I am done with this location.

I've been dining here for a few years and have watched the quality of the staff go from great to just okay. It's like the staff is hired with very little training. Ordered to-go for lunch and my daughter found a produce tag mixed in with her bowl....she was still able to read the date on it. How gross!!! Speaks to the level of training and careless I've mentioned above. Please do better.

Ordered on UberEats and my entire order was wrong. THE ENTIRE ORDER. I ordered a salad, the toppings were wrong and they didn’t include the vinaigrette (which was my only reason for ordering a salad). I also ordered and paid for a drink that never arrived. Honestly attention to detail is important and these people consistently act like it doesn’t matter what is ordered. DO NOT ORDER FOR DELIVERY.

This location used to be good but it isn’t anymore. We didn’t receive all our items (the order of chips and salsa was missing) and my son’s kids quesadilla was so hard it was inedible. You can’t get through to any live person through their phone number or contact link so there’s also no way of fixing any of it.

I came to pick up my order and there was noone designated to ask questions regarding your order without interrupting another customer. This is highly inconvenient. When I got ther to pickup my food it was missing. A $60 order just stolen. There needs to be a better system in place. The idea of ordering for pick up is to not have to wait. I waited about 20 plus minutes for food to be remade Also, my daughter found hair in her food. Blonde hair (all of us have dark hair in my home)
