Taco Bell

This Taco Bell is always really really great. The drive-through never takes long any time I've gone there. The customer service at this location is always outstanding and outstanding and amazing. I can't remember not one time that I've ever had an add an issue at this location.. I can't even remember a single time that they messed up my order. I wish that all the talk about locations were we're up to this level of customer service and quality but sadly Not every location is as good as this one.. That's why I try to always go to this location is possible and I'm very thankful that it's right by my house.. Even if it wasn't right by my house I think I would go out on my way to some extent Not every location is as good as this one.. That way I would never be disappointed or have be disappointed or have any issues with my order.. I hope that this this Taco Bell location can keep up keep up the good work and great quality quality service that they've been providing I mean for all these years to me. I really really really really love this location and I would recommend it to anybody that was near the airport To check out this location and I hope that they receive the same experiences That I have received for the last 20 years from this location from this location. You definitely have to check it out and see for yourself.. The store is always really clean The store is always really clean And if you happen to go inside the bathrooms are always extremely clean also. My mother always said you can tell how clean a Person is by just checking out their bathroom and seeing if if it's dirty or clean. If it's dirty that person most likely is a dirty person. But if it's clean more times than not it's not very very clean person. So I believe that you can apply That to restaurants as well.

Ordered on the app and selected pick up in drive thru. Order showed received so I pulled thru to pick up. Lady told me they didn't have order to wait 5 minutes so I did. After 5 minutes I pulled thru and got to pick up window and she told me they didn't have order to wait 10 more minutes (with an attitude and a snicker). Then someone yelled in back to make me park and come into store. I canceled my order and reordered at a different location that treated me like a customer!!

Sat in the drive thru line for 20 mins without moving. 2 cars in front of me back out and left and even one in back of me left. Ended up getting down and their doors were locked at 1pm on a Saturday. Luckily, someone let us in only to be told by the staff that dine in is closed. No reason at all given. Terrible service while getting no service at all.

The worst experience ever - it seems the employees are so careless at this location. I had ordered through Uber Eats the whole order froM Tacobells Iner eats menu which had a section on Veggie cravings - ordered few black bean veggie chalupas, bean burritos and a black bean veggie crunch wrap supreme . My black bean crunch wrap supreme instead was received with Beef!!!! This is horrible. I am a strict vegetarian and when I took the first bite I realized something is not right and I opened the crunch wrap supreme and I see and smell beef and not beans!! This was my worst experience ever!! I understand mistakes happen but hey you are in food industry and you have to really be careful and very serious about your job. For those who have never eaten meat and you make them eat because of your mistake and they have huge mental stress, trauma and there can be serious health issues… who takes responsibility for that??? Is it Uber eats mistake, Uber delivery drivers mistake or restaurant mistake? When I called Tacobell the employees says she ran out of black beans and driver told its ok to put what she had. I mean seriously?? Is that what Uber eats driver does to your order?? Then employee says her screen showed the order with meat ? Now again, is this Uber eats problem or taco bell? Because in my order on app I clearly see I Ordered Black bean crunch wrap supreme from veggie menu.
