Panda Express

Front desk and website say closed at 9:30pm. I got there at 9:15 after a long day of driving and they said the front desk and website were wrong... they close at 9. I work in the service industry and if we say we close at 9:30 we are open and functional until 9:30. Closing 30 minutes early is terrible service. No stars.

Always great food just wish they would not be so skimpy with portions. The one on Horizon and Eastern gives wonderful portions. So I keep.going their. If this place did the same instead of being skimpy and small with their portions I would maybe come back. I love down the street but I drive to a different Panda to get better portions and service.

I ordered two bigger plates. Asked for 4 egg rolls and they said they only had 3. I said that’s fine. Also asked for 6 sweet and sour sauces at the speaker. Got to the window and checked my bag, no sauce, so I asked the young lady for more and she gave me only two. I told her I asked for 6 at the speaker and she gave me two more. Smh, I just drove off. Got home and the rice was crunchy and super hard! The egg rolls tasted like they’ve been sitting out all day and had a weird after taste. Later that night I immediately began to experience food poisoning, my girlfriend as well. I love Panda and have been to many locations and never had a problem. This location was the worst I’ve experienced along with bad customer service. I will not be back to this location.

This place was slow the management did nothing to speed it up I walked out and will never return to that location, if you to slow and stupied to manage a Panda Express God help you. Everyone there should get fired. 4 people walked out. The 20 min we waited for 5 people to get served insane. Thankfully there are a wide variety of Panda expresses around the valley some are definitely better than others so my best advice is visit various ones until you find one that is good and has quality food and quality staff because they aren't all the same so just because you have a bad experience at one doesn't mean you'll have the same experience at all so you got to kind of shop around.
