Subway

Subway is still a decent place to go considering the spike in prices. You can still find a reasonable deal on meals here. The only thing I did not like was the veggie patties have seemed to take a dip in quality. I used to buy these at least one every two weeks for the past year. So, I can tell the difference in the quality. Other than that, Subway is still a good deal.

Horrible experience. Horrible customer service. No one answers the freaking phone. Messed up my food. Rude employee refused to fix it or sell me anything additional. Said I had to cancel and reorder. Why do I need to cancel and reorder to add something new? Then my food was all wrong and horrible. DO NOT EAT HERE BECAUSE IF THEY NEED UP YOUR FOOD NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE!

We are all sick in our house so we chose the curbside option to get sandwiches. We paid for them online and my grandson went to pick it up. Unfortunately their phones were down which by the way has happened a lot in the store and of course that affects the service. Because my grandson was sick he couldn’t go in the store so he honked several times but nobody looked up. So my grandson came home to pick me up and I went inside the store with a mascon even though I am also sick but I had to wait for them to help everybody else in line 1st as my sandwiches sat there on the counter. I didn’t mind that my veggie sandwich had been sitting but my grandson‘s meatball sandwich was soggy the bread was awful. I asked Jose to remake the sandwich and he said no you should’ve been here at 6:05! I explain to him that this was my second trip because he’s not answering the phone and he said the phones are down I said so if you know you have a curbside order sitting on your counter wouldn’t it be good to keep an eye out to see if there’s a curbside person waiting for their order? He said it’s not his problem. That to me is not good customer service, I am elderly trying not to get sick and it’s freezing outside I should not of left my house. It took me 30 minutes to get this man to help me. He gave me a phone number for a district manager that does not answer his phone. I finally started videotaping and dropping hints that I could share this with channel 13 news or even post it on Facebook. It took all the app for him to remake the meatball sandwich. I will never come back to the store again watch out for Jose he needs lessons on Customer Service!
