The food is great! Big portion sizes and definitely affordable, especially their lunch menu. The guy in the front isn’t so friendly, that’s the only downside. I look for great customer service and I don’t get that from U Ni. Other than that, speedy service and great food. Try the sesame chicken with shrimp fried rice. Chefs kiss!

I authenticated my credit card online and when they arrived they said cash only. Not only were they rude the driver was basically telling me I was wrong. I gave their food back to them. Friendly reminder to this joke of a company customer service is key and freaking bottom line at any cost is to make it right. I could have easily resubmitted the card. They didn't even try to resolve it.

We live around the corner from this shop and they have consistently delivered good food quickly when we order (like once a week) and often throw in free eggrolls etc for larger orders. Their vegetarian options are pretty awesome and we order the sesame balls dessert every time. When I’m sick the sizzling rice soup from U Ni is my go to feel-better food! The few items we dislike on their menu are mostly due to personal preference. Classic Americanized Chinese restaurant.

Saddened at how quality has slipped. Delivery cost was $4.00 (not including the tip) and I waited almost an hour, paid online, and was asked to pay again in cash when my order arrived. Rice was under cooked (it had transparent lumps that were not what cooked "white" rice looks like and the lumps were soggy) and food was cold (probably because it took nearly an hour to get here). Crispy noodles were RANCID!!! No soy sauce, no red sauce for the rancid noodles either. With the raise in cost, our family cannot afford to spend such money on such poor quality. For such bad food, the wait time, and the mixup at the door asking for payment in cash when I specifically asked NOT to have my doorbell rung, I figure we paid a whole lot of money for bad food and rude treatment. We're done. I don't know what happened, but I consider this almost a theft. You've lost our trust and our business.
