Great Steak

Like the previous reviewer said, it is The Great miSteak. I rarely post any reviews but for the price it is surely worth my time. $15 you get a lot of bread than meat, the steak was still raw and where is the cheese? I have always liked the fries tho. Been here like 2 years ago and the food was great. But recently not worth the money. I should have read the reviews first and went to Cappriottis. I would pass on this one at the Galleria Mall.

My wife and asked about the hot dogs. The counter guy gave us the prices without describing them so we had to ask which was which. He was not helpful at all. I wanted a philly and the same thing. He was curt, almost to the point of being rude. Then, when we ordered drinks he pointed to our options while looking off in the distance. I had to point out that we are standing over here and please talk to us. The food was good and it didn't take long after the order was placed. But I won't go back.

For the price the food was not good at all. Not enough meat and it seemed to be overcooked yet the onions and peppers were damn near raw not really grilled at all. Not that much cheese either for a sandwich with cheese in the name. The fries were decent but had their problems too. They were undercooked as well. Like they just rushed everything out the door without caring about the quality. With a fry you are going to put wet ingredients on you should start crispy but it's clear these never made it there.

Not great, flavor is weak, more bread than meat, IF I had to order again I'd just get the meat/cheese/veggies right on the fries, skip the bun. And even then there wouldn't be much flavor but at least I wouldn't have the excess carbs. Keep moving, get something outside the mall. None of these places were great.

Save yourself the trouble this food was prepared very poorly my fries. Were king fries well, they were horrible don't get me started with the cheese steak really nasty worst $17 dollars of my hard earned money spent on sloppy service and bad food this food was a disgrace wish i would have read the reviews so disappointed you live an you learn never ever again
