I will never use this BK again! Horrible! I have never had an order that was that messed up before! A double whopper with cheese came with one slice of cheese and no other ingredients at all! No napkins and no sauce with the chicken fries! When I called the manager, he blamed the trainee and told me I should just not go back to their store!

Did you think you ordering online meant that you received freshly cooked food? Not here! They made sure my food was old, cold, and waiting for mold.. I ordered a fish sandwich, jalapeño bites, and some mozzarella sticks. Nothing tastes better than a cold, nasty, refried, cardboard like mozzarella stick and jalapeño bite. Then my big fish was like a big piece of burnt plastic, tasting nothing like any sandwich I have ever ordered anywhere. Never made it passed two bites, went in the trash. Lastly, I couldn’t even get any sauce I asked for on the order, I’m sure everyone orders 5 entrees with no sauce in this area but no where else have I ever seen it. Then had the nerve to seal the bag like the rider was definitely correct… sadly upon home arrival I found that everything was garbage. Would never recommend! If there was zero stars I would give it!

I ordered online. They didn't even try to fill the order properly. Not even one thing was correct on the order. I ordered 5 kids meals, they tried to give me 2 kids meals and 3 drinks. After telling them my order wasn't even close to correct, they tried to fix it using only the email receipt I had which had no information about what was actually in the order, just the basic item names. When I got home, they put fries in all of the kids meals instead of the sides selected. They didn't give any sauces for the chicken nuggets as ordered. And worst of all, there were no toys in the kids meals. I was told that burger king NEVER puts toys in the kids meals, they don't even have them. This was the only reason I went to this awful restaurant in the first place. My kids wanted the advertised Miraculous toys, they don't have toys. The order online says the kids meals come with toys, they do not. They refused to give me my money back. They told me I had to call customer service and refused to give me a number for customer service. Extremely bad place that doesn't care at all. If you work here, you should be ashamed of yourself. It's also quite telling that this place has a ton of bad reviews. The only good reviews are obviously friends of the staff since they are mentioning them by name not by deeds. All that fluff and you still cant get your rating to something decent?

Whoever worked this evening (Wednesday the 26th of Jan) did an wonderful job! They were extremely busy but remained professional despite some very rude customers. I also witnessed the cashier in force the mask rule when a couple came in without face coverings. He did not get flustered and stayed professional despite their nasty attitude. They really did a great job getting all orders out as efficiently as they could. Our food was also very good and despite the wait I'd rather my order be correct then fast and wrong.

This location is generally pretty busy. I don't normally wait to long which is great! I'm happy to see an employee Daniel has gotten a well deserved promotion! Kat and Daniel make sure to go out of their way to make sure things are up to par! Keep up the good work! Terry was also very helpful to go out of her way to fill 4 lemonade for me and provided a drink carrier without being asked.
