Arby's

While waiting for my food there were people walking in complaining that their order was wrong. I got my order and went home to eat my $7 bacon cheeseburger. Might have been tasty if it had bacon. Only way to resolve it was to go back at that moment. I called to try to resolve the problem and they chose to cuss & be rude

It seems that every time I go to the Arby’s on why 41 in Henderson, KY; they mess up my order. This time, I asked for 1. Classic crispy chicken Meal PLAIN , medium curly fries and medium lemonade. For $7.69 . The Fries are cold and hard. The only good thing from that 1st meal was the lemonade. Opened her chicken sandwich and took a huge bite it at was rubber on one side and the inside was colder that it should have been. . The med fries were actually full but they were COLD, OLD & HARD. I ordered a FRENCH DIP & SWISS MEAL with au jus cup and large curly fries with a lg sweet tea (fantastic sweet tea) But my curly fries were only filled up less than half way but we’re supposed to be large. My sandwich was wrong. I opened my “FRENCH DIP & SWISS MEAL WITH AU JUS CUP”, but I’m missing the au jus cup. The sandwich didn’t look right either. I could have paid less for more if I got roast beard and cheddar sandwiches Finally, I purchased the 2/$6 Every day Value BnC sandwiches for my fiancé. But both were cold and barely had any meat and only a dime size amount of cheese. I asked several times for ranch and Arby’s sauce and seemed to be ignored. I got 4 Arby’s sauce for 4 sandwiches. Where’s the extra??? I asked for 8 sauces and 4 ranch. They shorted me the ranch too. Was willing to pay. . Worst experience I’ve ever very had!!!!

My first clue should have been the empty drive thru at 6:30 pm. Don’t go here if its dead. Double roast beef meal, 2 for 6 regular roast beefs and 6 cheese sticks where ready and bagged before i even arrived at the pickup window. Fyi, i was the only one there. Roast beef was thick, dried out and tough. , you could tell the sandwiches were pre made and wrapped up sitting under a warmer. This Arbys is hit or miss on there roast beef slicing. Roast beef is suppose to be wafer thin, Not THICK and Tough. I have mentioned this several times at this location. I have even requested mine be cut specifically like this and was told “they don’t do that” so basically the manager is saying its all precut and made. Fries were grease logged and cold, cheese sticks were solid unmelted logs of cheese. Arbys is usually good if its crowded just don’t go if its dead or you will get old stale food and for the price I paid everything should have been made fresh. Why even pre-make if your dead? Its to much to make to order when you have no customers?

Went to this Arby's last night ordered the turkey bacon ranch market fresh sandwich as for extra everything on the sandwich I received my sandwich and to my surprise there was hardly no extra everything I specified that I wanted extra extra leaf lettuce and extra extra onions on top of the extra everything I received my sandwich and all I had on my sandwich was a few leaves of lettuce two rings of onions and that's it there was no bacon and no tomato on my sandwich very disappointed due to the fact that I live in Evansville and I travel all the way to that location on highway 41 just to receive service because I always felt like they made the sandwiches the best out of all the Arby's in Evansville but now I'm not so sure because every time I come there and I order my food I don't get it the way that I want and I don't get the extras that I asked for even if I offer to pay for it
