Papa Johns Pizza

Don't order if you need a catered event. Spoke to the OWNER Jim two days ahead of time on Thursday and confirmed the order then and again with Alex on the next day when she called to confirm my order saying she thought it was for Friday delivery when I told them Saturday delivery. Ordered 8 pizzas and 50 BONELESS wings. $118, and they sent bone-in wings. Told the delivery person the order was wrong and she said she'd let someone know. Got a call from Jim the owner, and he says the order is correct, they won't fix it. I know what I ordered for $118 plus tip. We won't be spending any more money here with this level of customer service.

The quality of the pizza was papa John's, so I'm not going to rate how it tasted because it tasted like Papa John's. As for how it was made, pricing and service those were all excellent. Would I buy a pizza from here again? Probably not, I was in a hurry and it was on the way home, and wanted a pizza in a Friday night. Also being the night before the 4th they did an excellent job getting everything ready when it was supposed to be.

This is supposed to be an extra pepperoni and extra cheese pizza, not half and half. When my husband went to pick it up and asked about it the girl at the counter looked dumbfounded, thought to herself for a minute, then proceeded to say "oh, the pepperoni is under the cheese." They got the order right on the box sticker, but somehow couldn't follow through while putting it together and then lied about it. This is the second time we've been here since they opened, and both times they've gotten our order wrong. We definitely will not be back.

I told my friends about this restaurant with my warmest recommendations. I go their often. This recommendation is always successful. The the cooking is flavorable and the team is efficient and cooperative. Every time we go to this place we have a pleasing time. I recommend this place with pleasure.
