My family and I stopped in after a basketball game last Friday night, the food was hot and fresh. The service was A+ ( Kayla) , and the live band Zero Alternative was awesome.

Their chili is AMAZING!! I'm so glad I finally found a place close to my house that has good chili!! When they're playing live music, I suggest you sit further from the band/music if you plan on hearing what your company is saying because the music is kinda loud - not complaining, just stating my opinion! After my friend introduced me to the dugout, I had to introduce my landlord to it so we went and had a good time. Love the food!! Staff is awesome and attentive!

Mike the owner was super hospitable, the bartenders were fast and polite. Best of all the people in the bar were amazing!! Can’t wait to return!!! Glad I came back after moving away before turning 21 to see why this place was always so busy!! Now under mikes ownership it’s just as busy when I went by as a kid before I could come in!

Great place to hang out. The staff are awesome and enjoy taking care of the customers. The owners and managers run a great local joint. The bands on the weekends are a plus to such a nice place. Good music and drinks.

service was okay, but the firecracker burger has got to be the best thing on the menu! sweet potato and regular fries are great, sauces are good, wings had a nice crunch to the skin. will come here again next time we're in town!

Enjoyed a nice fall afternoon on the front porch. Great food and beer for a great price. Good people watching on the main drag in Hendersonville too.

The food was great! This is our second experience at this restaurant and the food did not disappoint however the atmosphere. Oh my goodness!!! Apparently we hit it on a live music session which is great and we all love live music. However, the amount of volume that this was at my daughter had to put ear muffs on in order to be able to stay inside the restaurant and finish her burger. The rest of us had to text each other at the table in order to have a conversation! We all enjoy live music. The band was really great. However, the decibel was ridiculous and we couldn't hear anything nor could our server. In fact, she brought my friend the wrong drink because she couldn't hear. Other than that, the food is always fantastic and we'll definitely come again but will probably avoid it on a live music night.

For a night of live music this place is our go-to when in H-ville. We are from Charlotte and always bring our friends to The Dugout for reasonably priced drinks, friendly patrons, great music and dancing. Just go…you’ll thank me later!

We were traveling with dogs. They have a nice small patio out back and allowed us to sit / eat / drink with pups. Chicken wing’s delicious. They were very friendly and service was good.
