Earlier today I had the best sandwich I had from subway in a long time. I didn't catch her name but the girl with the blue hair need a raise for sure 😊

Very nicely updated Subway. Fast, efficient staff. Very clean, including restrooms. Food was all fresh. Ample seating. In a large strip mall with lots of parking.
Tip: Eat here before going to the Epic movie theater next door. Cheaper and better.
6/12/23 update: This is still an above average Subway. Very clean and bright. They have a lot of online orders where customers order and pay in the app, then just walk in, grab their lunch bag, and leave - no human contact needed.
8/23/23: Same clean, bright, efficient location. Improved menu choices. Friendly staff. Busy place.

I picked up dinner tonight and there was a tall gentleman working by himself. He was very kind and very efficient and I thought he deserved a compliment for great customer service! Also the store looked very clean and nice

I order a foot long roast beef sub.
The girl goes to put it in the toaster and I say, "can you double toast that?", she takes it out, puts more cheese on it and then puts it in the toaster. I look at her and said, I wanted it double toasted. She said, "oh, I thought you wanted double cheese" I said, no, double toasted. She said, "I'll have to charge you for the extra cheese", I said I didn't ask for double cheese, but since you already did it, you can leave it on there if you want. She then pulls it out of the toaster midway and proceeds to pull off the half melted extra cheese and throws it in the trash. Unbelievable.

Owner, PLEASE FIRE THE ENTIRE STAFF AND START OVER!!!
One star is too much. You go here one day and it's good, the next, awful. NO CONSISTENTCY. Rude employees too if you complain.

I believe the individual who took my order was named Haylee, and they were great! Very friendly, and went above and beyond to get me some banana peppers. 🤗 Thank you for my lunch! I'll be back soon.

I'm confused on the bad reviews. The only problem is the location. The people who work there are very friendly and they work very hard. Especially the tall girl (keana). She is very nice and was very good at explaining the meal deals to us. Keep up the good work crew.

Everything was quick and easy. Apparently they had a busy day (being New Year's eve). They had already used all the spinach, roast beef, mint chocolate cookies, and were down to a dozen rolls of bread. Besides that they did a good job. And were nice.
