Carrabba's Italian Grill

This can be a 5 star restaurant BUT this was the 2nd bad time there. They messed up my spouses order and gave the most soupy mashed potatoes ever I got them too. The shrimp scampi was burned and like rubber. The steak and pork chop were really good but in contrast to everything else it was not a good meal. We ordered soup to take out and it was nasty nothing in it but broth in two tiny containers I felt lime it was us. The woman refused to fill my spouses coke saying another server would but brought me 2 refills on my tea. Then brought her diet when looking her in the eye and said regular coke or diet. We are a mix race couple and it felt like she didn't want to serve my wife. So not getting the meal correct, worst potatoes ever as well as soup not being soup on top of it being my birthday made this trip horrible. My wife tipped this woman 30 dollars even after this because she appeared to be pregnant. So we spent 120 on bad food and atrocious service.

Ms. Jodee and Karman are absolutely amazing. This was my first time at Carrabba’s and everything was wonderful. Ms. Jodee and Karman kept check on us and made sure we were satisfied with everything. My Ribeye steak was cooked perfectly. I will definitely be coming back to dine here more often. It’s so refreshing to receive excellent service and food. Wow the effort to put they both put in making sure we were well taken care of is greatly appreciated.

Tysheona was so attentive. She took the time to advise, she took the time to make sure we had everything we needed. She is doing so well for her 1st time serving position! Management I hope you are as impressed as we were with her excellent work The picture below is proof that we really enjoyed our experience.

Our waitress Bekah,was fantastic. She was attentive,outgoing,bubbly and always brought us refills when we needed her to and the food was delicious and filling and the experience was one of the best we have had at this restaurant. Even my dad,who is a picky eater was able to find something he liked which says a lot. We will definitely be back to this Carrabbas for sure.
