Firehouse Subs

I haven’t been to a Firehouse Subs in about 6 months, but the sandwiches seem smaller. The bread is much narrower. The medium Hook and Ladder was about 2/3 the size I remember last time we ate at one. Shrinkflation is a real thing. The pickles seem to be cut in 6ths instead of 1/4s. The sandwich was great quality, and the place was clean and great staff, but for the price of a sandwich… just disappointed.

First time going there. I got the Hook and Ladder and it was Uh-mazing. One of the best sandwiches I’ve ever had. Will be going back for that for sure. I also got the loaded potato soup. It was great in terms of still being super hot by the time I got home and texture was superb. Very minimal flavor so if you want flavor you’ll have to doctor it up yourself. It took a bit to get the food but I will say they were so busy. Tons of people getting online or pick up orders. They were going as fast as they could. Got home and there were no napkins in the bag so a little surprised at that but no biggie.

My family came in for a delicious and hot meal before a movie and they did not disappoint! The owner is amazing and the staff are wonderful in every way. They truly have a heart for service and make sure that you are treated like family all the way to their sandwiches! I will always support a local business and appreciate every little extra they do! This is a must when you need a great sandwich and a place to feel welcomed! Top notch!

Very neat and friendly staff. Must try their Virginia honey ham sandwich. So delicious and you will enjoy when it’s hot. Even the place looks neat and quite. Can bring over friends and family for dine in. No wait time and quick response for your food. The place is so spacious. Thought the parking lot gets filled sometimes.
