First time experience, the waitress was very patient and helpful in explaining the process for us. There was a huge assortment of options at the "build your own bowl" bar, and you get a ton of food for the money. The meal was cooked perfectly, and tasted delicious. Fantastic value, and one of the best kept secrets in the area!

If you haven't tried this this is a must try... I have to say I've been to many of these but this is one of the better ones around, don't miss out come try this... they offer many different choices of protein to accommodate anybody that is looking for something different.

Build your own bowl is great! It was my first time there and I really enjoyed the food.

Not enough servers. The one i had ran her butt off taking care of way too many tables, still did a good job considering.
Food was good (if it's bad, it's your fault lol). Selection was pretty decent.
Tip; its not a salad. Focus on one or two meats, 2-3 veg, and season heavily. Taste all the sauces, i usually combine 2 for sweet and spicy. When stacking your bowl, flatten each layer so the next has a good foundation, and you can get it pretty tall.
Seasonings:
Salt/ pepper / onion works for beef
Salt/ garlic/ lemon for chicken
Spicy for seafood

Love this place!
Food is always fresh and delicious!
They have a great selection of appetizers, the mixed drinks are fantastic and the hibachi is always on point! Food is always out quickly.
The wait staff is wonderful and never miss a beat!
Even when the restaurant is busy it never feels overly crowded due to how things are spaced out which is great.
Absolutely one of my favorite places and well worth going to!

The mongolian grills were my introduction to Asian cooking. You select your food from an open food bar, veges and meats (beef, pork, poultry, seafood), filling a bowl as full as possible. The chefs then take your selections and grill them and return them to you at your table. Add to that your choice of sauce and the result is some of the tastiest Asian cooking ever. I energetically recommend Mongolian grill style restaurants.

Food was nothing short of incredible. Great service as well, and wasn’t packed on Sunday for lunch for those like me who don’t love crowds. I got the filet and shrimp hibachi, and it was incredible! The filet was so tender, and the shrimp was perfect as well. My waitress Suki was helpful and kind. To top it off, the food is cheap! I will be returning.

My girls and I love going to eat Bonfire. There is so many options to mix and match, amazing customer service and delicious food, great family atmosphere. 100% recommend
