Dunkin'

They have come a long way with their coffee drinks. The cold brew with foam is great. My mom hates cold and sweet coffee... I bought her one and told her to just try it. She loves it! Right now they have a coupon any size coffee drink (some restrictions) for $2 (w/coupon). Some Duncan's have a medium coffee drink (w/restrictions) for $2 without a coupon. Give them a chance...they are cheaper than Starbucks!

INSANELY SLOW Every time I come here it takes about 45 min to get through the line. It takes about 5-10min for a person to actually ask you what you want at the speakerphone, that is if you survive the 20 min line. I am not 20 min late for work…still sitting in line. thanks. Also they don’t give you straws…. Save yourself the hassle and go to the Dunkin’ 10min out…those guys are fast but like to give you watery coffee. Terrible experience…

I understand places are understaffed but It is not that hard to have basic customer service skills and say “hello, we will be with you in a minute.” We walked inside to pick out donuts with our 2 year old and we’re ignored COMPLETELY for the 5+ minutes we stood there and walked out. If they would’ve at least acknowledged our presence, we would’ve waited and ordered. That was just rude.

Very unprofessional employee at this location. A young lady took our order and got one of the drinks wrong. We asked her to remake it because it tasted very off, instead of saying “I’m so sorry, we are busy right now but I will remake that for you as soon as I can” she said “we are busy right now we will not remake it for you” she also didn’t offer any refunds. Very poor customer service at this location.

Wanna take a moment and recognize the nice ladies working today at the Indian lake location. I came in for a DoorDash and the wait time was over 30 minutes, unfortunately. However, 3 people staffed on a Sunday morning is a failure on behalf of Dunkin and NOT their associates. There were 30+ customers inside the store along with DoorDash pickups and more than 10 cars in the drive thru. They kept their composure and cleared the wait time and mobile orders with ease. I work in a very high volume culinary field and have nothing but respect for these ladies. A special shout-out to the young African American lady that was putting out endless fires and still smiled at every customer that walked in the door. I did not catch her name but her professionalism and patience is highly revered.

It’s ridiculous that every time I’ve come here within the last SEVERAL months, they have been giving food out to customers with NO BAGS. This is like fundamentals 101 of customer service and running a food business period. It’s gross and unprofessional to be giving out food to customers without a bag. Not to mention it’s impossible to carry it all! If nothing else, being cheap like this will slowly send them out of business. Simply get bags! You’re literally Dunkin Donuts!
