Ran very late but it was black Friday. The ETA when I pre-ordered was 4-7 minutes. When I went into the store to wait, I saw that they started making my drink 27 minutes after I ordered and it was prepared within 29 minutes. I think they were running late because of black Friday. They were very kind.

Got my drink right daily. Made for a nice visit. Staff was extremely friendly.

Service was very slow for the amount of people present. Not indicative of the chain but this location particularly... At least at that point I'm time. Good was as expected.

This is probably my favorite local Starbucks location.
I go several times a week. Everyone on staff is always so polite and that's great since I go early morning it really sets the mood for the day. Roxi is a sweetheart and always in a wonderfully positive contagious mood. Of course they make mistakes from time to time, but they will happily correct them which is everything.
A+ attitude and customer service!

It's a tradition to spend some time in Starbucks. Nice atmosphere. Great place for hot drinks in the winter. The staff were very friendly and patient while we decided what we wanted. The caramel brulee latte was delicious. My sister wanted something that didn't have caffeine. The barista recommended a steamed milk with caramel brulee syrup. My sister said it was very good and she would get it again.

I just went through the drive through and told the person taking my order i was having a bad day, when i got to the window to pay Caleb handed me my drink (about 6$) and said i was all set and the order was on him and for me to have a better day. i will not forget this and i will be only going to this starbucks moving forward. NO Tim Horton's NO dunking donuts great job Caleb!!!
