Cuban Guys Restaurants

Yesterday we placed a delivery order at this store, it took longer than usual because the delivery company failed. I called several times to see how to solve the problem and one of the owners (Jorge), got right on the phone, apologized, brought me the order himself and refunded my payment. This type of actions are what make the difference in what is an EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. In spite of the inconvenience, I was satisfied and will buy from this place again. They also have excellent food.

Food was great! We ordered take out and it was definitely freshly made. The fritas were great, buns were soft and warm. The Toston Sanwich was pretty cool and the vaca frita had so much flavor. For side we had yuca frita. For dessert we had the dulce de leche filled churros... Oh so yummy! Definitely will order again from here to try some of the other items on the menu!

So...I used to frequent this location regularly when it first opened. I moved out of the area so stopped coming. I happened to be in the area today and decided to take my wife to try it. Big mistake. The staff is very friendly but my steak bowl had no flavor...and to add insult to injury the replaced the chopped up platanitos with regular platanitos 👎. The only bright spot was my wife's media noche. It was good. It's a shame because this was amazing. I hope it gets turned around.

One of the few places that I found open on Thanksgiving this year. I hate ordering food on the holidays but since we’re in from out of town our options were limited. Not only was the food absolutely amazing the packaging was very well done. The portions were also fantastic. My wife had a pork bowl and I had a Cuban guys sandwich. At first I didn’t think I’d be able to finish the sandwich but after the first bite I knew I would not be able to help myself. I wish they had a location near us in Orlando but will definitely be on our list of food places when we visit Miami several times a year.
