The place is dirty they have young kids working they don't care if the place the counters are all dusty dirty inside of old ice cream. We paying a high class ice cream for oice cream . No manager or supervisor is a shame table's inside they don't bring out. This is the reason we have so many gone! Main street don't have many places anymore and only this ice cream place NASTY!

On top of how grimy this place is looking these days, the servers don’t want to work. It’s happened to me TWICE, that I go 20-30 mins before closing time and the children working at the front tell me they can’t serve me because they’re “closed.” When I go back to the door to check to the closing time, I see that it’s actually a while before they close but they can’t serve me because they “have a test tomorrow” and need to get home early. I contacted corporate but they don’t seem to care one of their stores is losing money. There are other Ice cream places, you don’t have to go here to catch a disease or an attitude.

Every time I go this Coldstone it is completely unorganized and the servers tend to give smaller than normal portions. Last night topped it off when my husband when to go pick up an order and when he got back the entire order was wrong, the bag had the right name and receipt on the outside but the order inside was completely wrong. The only reason my husband didn’t go back to correct it was because it was pouring rain and he noticed when he got home. Moral of the story, check your order before you leave. I know it’s common sense but sometimes we fail to do it.

Bunch of teenagers talking back when question for their horrible job, no supervisor on site according them. Nasty environment even saw roaches. Management is at fault for allowing this type of behavior. Its a shame cause the product is very good in my opinion. Please clean the place a hire responsible workers along with a manager on site.

4 employees LITERALLY not doing ANYTHING. One girl pretending to sweep (wasnt actually sweeping anything up). One kid pretending to stack cups (would stack then unstuck them) The only girl making ice cream made 1 persons ice cream and took 10 minutes to do it then walked away. One lady came out at the end with half a sweater on and just walked around behind the counter looking around lost. 30+ people waiting in line just staring at the employees. The whole 15 minutes waiting in line for nothing. Finally walked out. This is the most absurd situation I have witnessed at a food establishment. I am shocked that this buisness is still open due to the fact that they are playing employees who are not bringing in revenue. Absolutely bizarre!

the worst service, I love coming to main street with my daughter and we always stop at cold stone unfortunately it will be the last time, the cutomer service is horrible ,my order was not moved the correct way and even so having to put up with an employee making a bad face at me for asking to have my order done the correct way. In short, it is increasingly difficult to find good customer service in Miami.
