Vicky Bakery Vi

I visited the Vicky Bakery on SR-7 & Sheridan Street, Hollywood, FL on two consecutive occasions & purchased bread pudding (pudín de pan). Both times the dessert was very dry & clearly old. I couldn’t eat it. I also had the a cheese pastelitos and they were heavy on the salt! and not light and crispy as they should .A disappointment! No excuse!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. What a disappointment. We searched for somewhere to buy breakfast for the family and due to being a known bakery, we came here. Nasty food, we ordered media noche and everything inside was cold. Then we asked for a cafe con leche with no sugar, it not only had sugar, but too much sugar. Apart from being expensive, they don’t even offer normal quality food. Reply: Hi! Unfortunately I was not able to go back to the bakery because this was in hialeah and after picking up our breakfast we went on our way back to our home in homestead. The time was around 10-11 am on Sunday. Employee’s work and attitude represents the business. There is a Vicky’s bakery just opening up where I live and every time I see their sign, I just think of the cold meat inside a media noche.

I made an order for my son’s birthday party 5 days before the date. Pastries and a customized cake. When the day came i called before arriving making sure it was ready for pickup. Representative confirm it was ready. When getting there and making the huge line i was told they had an issue with the cake and they could not make it due to machine being broken since it was customized. Issue with this is they confirmed an order that clearly was not done and even worst never called me to let me know that they had issues with the machine having my order number with two alternative numbers to reach me at so i could of make my cake on time at another place. Never offer a refund or an alternate to make the cake at another vicky bakery. All this happened one hour before the party. Manager wasnt there to address the issue and seem to not care at all about customer service.!!!

I never leave reviews unless i had a very impactful experience.. Worse bakery ever! They couldn't switch the bread on the sandwich I asked for. After an hour of waiting for my order with horrible customer service. My sandwich was wrapped very sloppy and tasted so bad. It was soggy and looked like it had been sitting somewhere for hours. They even put ketchup in it which wasn't on the menu and made it taste worse. I hoped my pastelito would be better but my first bite was unfortunately my last. Might as well have flushed $12 down the toilet.

Every time I come to Miami to visit my mom I go here and get pastelitos for my mom and her friends the minimum I wast is $20 and the most like $45, i went yesterday and today the croquetas are burned and today I ordered a croissant which I specifically ask her if they put it on a plancha or in English iron board she said yea it will be hot in the 1 that I went to pay she took the croissant and came back out with it when I look at it it was supper soggy I ask her if she put it on the plancha she said NO we put it in an oven and I replied no this was stuck in a microwave I do not want it when she told the blond old lady in the cash register that I didn’t want it she was really rude and I replied I come her all the time just because I don’t want a soggy croissant this is the way your going to treat me 🤦🏻🤦🏻 It is not the first time this old lady is rude to me or other people I have seen it before but just ignored it because we all have our bad days but that’s no way on treating a customer which was not rude I just didn’t want it like that so keep your eyes open on the rude blond old lady in the cash register…
