Applebee's

It was the not best meal the guest and I had. Let's start with the appetizer, the caesar salad was saturated with dressing. If we would have known,we would have asked for dressing on the side. Who could go wrong with Alfredo classic chicken and broccoli, yet the chicken was not grilled as pictured and very dry, then there was the bread which was stale. One guest ordered Bourbon street chicken and shrimp who stated the meal was not flavorful. The other guest ordered the ribs noting the meat was over done with sauce to mask the taste. The upside of the experience were the beverages; Date Night Daiquiri and Caption Bahama Mama and the wonderful staff.

Applebee’s doesn’t disappoint. It is pretty average but you get exactly what you come for. Having said this, the service provided by Lorenzo is Stellar! Very attentive, efficient and nice! I would definitely ask for him by name. Will be returning and requesting Lorenzo take care of my table, which was large!

The food was great! Although I ordered a Cesar salad and had to wait almost an hour for it to get to the table. Service was terrible. The waitress kept coming to our table every 5 to 10 minutes and say the food was coming now and now wasn’t until about an hour the food came with an empty restaurant. Once we went to pay and gave the waitress a small tip she asked if we were going to give her extra. Very bad service during my experience! Do not recommend this Applebees.
