This is my favorite Starbucks from my area and the best one in Miami. All the employees are super friendly, patient and professional. They always get my order right. When I go through the drive thru with my dog ​​they always offer me a “Puppuccino” (the puppy drink) that’s so nice of them! 🥺😍. I’m delighted to be here often. Thank you, everyone, who works at this Starbucks you always brighten up my day.

This has to be the worst Starbucks that has ever existed. It is truly an embarrassment to the franchise name. This place has been in dire need of new management for far too long. It’s incredible nothing has been done about this yet. Service is horrible, food is never up to par, and the employees are truly shocking.

Went the last week with my family almost every day during the night and the staff is just wonderful! Very helpful, great attitudes, they keep the atmosphere fresh and fun even with the amount of work they were doing. Even though they could have been a little faster when making drinks it was nothing to fret about. I did get a chance to get their names but a young boy and a girl with curly hair were very helpful

The employees at this Starbucks have always been great! They are all super sweet and give great service… but today I was helped by the most helpful one yet! Eddy, from the order pick-up area, was a superhero…. solving problems left and right! First my order was taking unusually long and he kept apologizing and hurrying his fellow crew members without me even having to complain. Then my coffee spilled in my car, and when I came back in to reorder it, he had my drinks to be remade for free, even thought I was willing to pay. But that’s not all, when I was waiting for my drinks to be remade, he helped a person who ordered at the wrong Starbucks get his drinks there and another person who had a merchandise issue… all while making nice conversation with all of us while we waited. I know Starbucks is normally known for great customer experience, but Eddy went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you, Eddy, for your exceptional customer service! And to his manager: he deserves a prize, get his a raise or something nice!
