Misha's Cupcakes

These are the worst cupcakes I have ever tasted. Their red velvet cupcake frosting was not cream cheese. It tasted like regular over sweet buttercream frosting. They don’t have any good flavors. They told me I couldn’t order a regular sized cupcake unless I ordered on the phone in advance. I was forced to get mini cupcakes and totally over priced for the yucky and disgusting cupcakes. Their quality is horrible and I hope they can improve their recipes and make the frostings more accurate to taste. Worse cupcakes ever. Eddas is a much better choice. Never again.

I will NEVER order from Mishas again! Not once but twice I placed cupcakes 2 different times for each of my daughters birthday celebrations at least a month in advance on their website. I received the confirmation call and email. Pick up was for 12 the day before as you cannot pick up earlier than noon and I needed them before that time of those days. Both times, my cupcakes weren’t there. First time, they said they will have it on the day needed in the AM. Fine, mistakes happen. Second time, same thing but said they would TRY to have them or I can get a refund. Needless to say I had to be assertive and I expected cupcakes to be ready the following morning for my daughter; which they were. Spoke with manager, who sounded so surprised that this would happen since orders go through them she said; she was the same manager at the time it happened the first time. DO NOT count on Mishas for important events. Their system is terrible. Their cupcakes and cake are delicious but accountability is zero!!! Mind boggling that their solution for THEIR ERROR is to offer refund first or then say we can try! Their customer service in regards to these issues is poor! I can’t imagine having it scheduled for pick up same day to find out they failed to do the job they were paid to do. Not sure how this business runs as I have read this is not the first time; seems like the norm for them! Beware if you order, eso I ally for an important event! Definitely not worth the stress and hoping they get it right to then disappoint my children! Never again! There are other places just as good and more reliable!

Misha’s Cupcakes is a excelent place to buy cupcakes. They are really yummy. They are so good that that’s almost all the do. Misha’s Cupcakes are in my opinion one of the best cupcakes in the Miami area. The have a great selection of flavors ranging from your classic vanilla, to exotic red velvet with creme cheese to Oreo and one of their best sellers is Dulce de leche, yummy. Besides being yummy, the also make great gifts to give. It could be for that special someone in your life or even a corporate gift for that someone that helped you out with something. I think it is a very elengant way to give thanks or show you appreciation to someone. The staff is always nice and helpful. I highly recommend this place. I highly recommend Mishas Cupcakes in Miami Lakes. I went to their store last week to place an order for my daughters upcoming birthday. I received excellent service from their employee, Brenda, she was AMAZING! She was very professional and knowledgeable of all the stores products and pricing. I asked for her opinion and recommendations for the cake I was ordering and she presented multiple ideas, from the design, to colors and to the variety of flavors they offered for the cake. In addition, Brenda was very sweet and patient and we were able work together in getting to the idea I had in mind for my daughters birthday. This is my favorite cupcake store. THANK YOU!

I have been buying cakes from mishas for years and their service has always been a problem. I am officially done with this company and their horrendous service. I ordered a cake for my daughters when I went to pick up they did not have it. They said I called to change the pick up date. Why would I call to change a date when I need a cake for a birthday?! Bye Misha’s!

I’ve had such a great experience coming to mishas cupcakes as I’ve always loved the cupcakes and would always come after work. Recently I went for a special order to make a cake for my baby shower and couldn’t be happier with the customer service I was given. An employee named Brenda gave me such great service and hospitality and made everything I wanted in the cake come true. I love mishassss!!!
