This Wendy's is right next to my house so it should be convenient, right? Too bad this is the worst Wendy's in Dade County. It never fails for them to fail. Either it's the wrong item, missing food, or their printer is always broken so they can't provide receipts. I'm pretty sure a receipt is standard, but nope. Not here. This place has even given me food poisoning. You would think at some point over the years, they would improve, but they never do. It sucks because Wendy's is my favorite, but this location is awful. I've been waiting over 25 minutes in my car for my order with no receipt and the dining room is closed for some reason so I can't even check on the order. I had to wait for an employee to come to the door who just said they needed more time. More time? Really???

The food was okay but mildly warm. You have to ask for napkins and condiments. Not sure why Wendy’s now thinks Romaine lettuce goes on a sandwich with the stalk but that’s not appropriate or tasteful.

The literal worst Wendy's in the city. Food is always wrong and they do not pick up calls. Manager turns back on clients... very bad attitude. People should avoid this place like the plague and call corporate like I have and tell them your receipt number and who is the shift leader, if order is wrong or old for a full refund.

There was two occasion where I visit this location and both time the lobby was closed for whatever reason. When I went the second time, this time I went to the drive through just for them to be only taking cash, which is an inconvenience for those who doesn’t carry cash with them. Don’t bother coming to this location you’ll be very disappointed

Very rude employees litally close the drive thru window while i was trying to say thank u. Ridiculous sounded like they had a party in there . And the manager forget it she was the one closing the window. Not even a damm you welcome

Ordenes 2. Biscuits, Lady at the Windows din't say a word, no fue contact, no hello, no thank you, absolutely atrocious. Madera Walt like 5 minutes for the order. A nice Lady delivered to the car.

This Wendy’s is a hit or miss so your experience will vary. Definitely the moment you get your food from the window check to see if your entire order is complete since from what I have seen they are not open inside.

The service here is ALWAYS a monstrosity. I've never been to a Wendy's this terrible. "At least they're consistent."
