Delivery took over an hour and the worst part is the actual food is gross. The veggie lo mein has no flavor wonton soup taste like dirty water and the sesame chicken was burnt. Not to mention, they charge so much here for the same things you can get next door at asian garden or anywhere else. Other places also give you eggrolls with your meal and a soup. Here you just get dirty new york sewer water. First and last time for me. Terrible food.

VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I had UberEats do delivery, but I think they do the delivery themselves and keep the delivery fee money from UberEats. The lady who delivered my food was so rude!!! Yelling and talking over me. She rang the doorbell and didn't even wait 10 seconds until banging on the door. When I opened the door, she began yelling at me as to why I'm not answering her call. She even started walking into my home. Very unprofessional and never ordering from here again. Over priced and the food is low quality. Pretty horrible to be honest. On top of that they got a simple order wrong. Never wasting my money here again. Crazy people, all of them!

This place is trash, food is not really good and we ordered food to be delivered and the Asian woman over the phone would not wait until I told her my delivery address and when.she showed up she had a bad attitude. Never again will give my hard earned money to this trashy restaurant. Negative zero stars from us.

Unfortunately I have to give one star rating because it’s the lowest that they have but I would give them no stars for their terrible service. Not only do they not follow instructions but they lie about they’re delivery service. They blame Grubhub for the terrible delivery when in fact it’s their own drivers making the delivery. They drivers say they “call” instead of knocking on the door because I guess going up the elevator is too difficult. Not only did they lie to us but they also tried to lie to Grubhub customer service but thankfully we still got our money back. Save yourself the headache and order somewhere else. Mediocre food with poor service.

Unfortunately this used to be one of favorite places till they started not caring about the Customer I made an order for delivery and the driver apparently tried to call when I specifically state on my deliveries to text me and then the driver did not bother to get out the car and do a contactless deliver to apt. Restaurant refused to do it's delivery and blamed grub hub for delivery not made and that I had to go pick up the food. I called grub hub they stated that restaurant does it's own deliveries so they lied to me. The restaurant called me again and lied to me again that we are too far for delivery. We are less than I half mile away. On top of that they where trying to get away with not refunding my money. Horrible customer service and a shameless restaurant

The food was very good. But I was very dissapointed, the delivery guy was not wearing a mask. I had mine on. I don't agree but next time I'll go get it myself. No delivery for me

I have been ordering from here for years! The food is great , the service is wonderful and the delivery men or women are a delight. I don't have not one complaint. Keep up the amazing job! I'm currently eating from their resturant!

This restaurant is a JOKE. I ordered from them on July 13 through Grub Hub, and then reordered the exact same thing tonight. Then they called me to tell me that they don't deliver to my area. When I said I have ordered from them before, they laughed and said "well we show we have never delivered there, and we are not delivering there now". Then, they said they couldn't cancel the order, that I had to contact GrubHub directly to get a refund. I ordered food to SAVE TIME! Not to have it wasted! Unbelievable. I never leave bad reviews, but this was over the top.
