Every time I come to this Smoothie King I never get good service. This visit was different, Jolene and Christopher gave an amazing experience. They greeted us the moment we came in and had a great attitude throughout our order. Gave us great recommendations and made our smoothies exactly to our liking. Thank you Jolene and Christopher for great service and an amazing experience!

The short girl handling my order and who made my smoothie was amazing! Super friendly and very polite. Best customer service I’ve ever received in a long time so it was very refreshing. Definitely a hard worker and it shows in how well she handles customers!

Slow is an understatement describing the new employees. There are 4 people waiting on Shakes and I'm one of two in line waiting to order. Not sure what happened to the old crew but this is ridiculous as there was never really a wait here.
Literally just spent 30min waiting for smoothie. Like I said, ridiculous.

Worse customer service. The change of shift that happened right is the worst. The guy did my shake left it in the blender and walked out poor girl that took over his shift, she was left with all the mess and tried to keep everyone happy. The morning crew are the worst today.

Bro this the worst smoothie king in miami and its in miami lakes which makes no sense ... hire more people and tell these kids to step it up 50 levels of speed ... we averaging 1 smoothie every 10 min 😂😂😂😂

The short girl was all by herself and it was crazy busy but she did such an amazing job handling everyone and was super polite. Smoothie came out amazing and perfect!

Honestly I’m extremely upset. I sat in line for an HOUR. Through the drive thru I noticed they take forever but if you get down you get attended way quicker. This is ridiculous. They also hold up the entire line with people at the front waiting for 15 mins for their smoothies. I’ve never seen something as unprofessional as this.
