absolutely disgusting. the night crew needs to be retrained on how long to cook their meat….. Throughout the training and implementation of the fresh beef all restaurants are supposed to have had been taught on how to properly adjust and dial in the grills so things like this do not happen…

PLEASE CHANGE YOUR OIL MORE OFTEN. OLD oils work on the cells of our body and weaken them. They deplete the body's vitamin B and E resources, have harmful health effects and are known to be linked to the following: Diabetes. Botulism and other digestive disorders.

I am not going to lie.. This year at this specific McDonald's has had their food fresh and customer service has been on point.. I recommend for those that like McDonald's to go to this one.. One of the best in Hialeah and Miami..

Came in around 9:30pm to order hamburger, frappe, fries. Drive thru guy said they don’t have any frappe’s right now. Probably didn’t want to start the machine back up and have to clean it again. My hamburger had cheese on it. Fries were terrible too. The night crew here sucks.

Awesome if you are asking.I have been a connoisseur of McDonald's since 1980 and I have never seen a ziplock bag or a sandwich bag put together with condiments,fork ,salt and such at any other McDonald'sto... besides keeping everything separated they also give you jelly if you forget to ask

Horrible service. Employees are rude. The employee at the window cursed at me without will and disregard in front of my juvenile son. The manager was oblivious to the situation, Even tho she was standing right next to her employee. The female manager said to find somewhere else to dine after waiting approximately 45 minutes in the drive thru.

Very disappointed in new chicken sandwiches they don't live up to the hype. Bland ,overpriced and not worth it. I want to make sure that the chicken nuggets from this McDonald's has the worst chicken nuggets ever. Anytime day or night busy hours or slow, the chicken 🐔 nuggets look and taste like they are 3 days old . This is the worst McDonald's tighten up or the locals will start to ban you

Food is cold….. Normally when I come here the food is always fresh I’m not sure what going on tonight maybe on of the day managers need to be present. There’s too many teenagers working and it’s obvious they don’t care about the quality.
