Churromania Hialeah Gardens

2nd time that we order from here and have gotten a sloppy order, was under the impression that the flavors you order is half and half , if you look at the picture taken the guava and cream cheese is all over and the nutella seems like you guys ran out of it. Don't think I will be ordering from you again.

Churros were good but customer service was the worst. I went today 10/18 at around 8 pm, there was a blonde young woman working there that had a really bad attitude, she would throw the order on the counter for the customer to pick it up, I had ordered some churros and she went to the back to prepare them but then I realized I wanted to add something else to my order so I stood in front of the register to wait for her so I could order again and she looked at me trough the window and told me ‘’ what do you want’’ with attitude, this girl rolled her eyes at me and told me ‘’ now you need to wait because I am on the back” then proceeded to take my order FROM THE BACK while rolling her eyes at me. I was not even rushing her in the first place I just stood there to wait for her. When. She came to the front she told me to move so she could take the order for other customers even though I was already in front of the register ready to pay for something I had ordered already. This is what ruins a business I think customer service is so important and being kind has never hurt anyone.

The worst experience!! This is my second time ordering there and this is a mess !! Today 12/05/2019 around 9:50 pm I ordered a single churro with Nutella and they gave me a bunch of dulce de leche on top of it , and Two cups with plain churros , !there was only two girls working and they probably didn’t know how to prepare the churros because all of them came Raws ! (Crudos) even when you have to wait more than 10 minutes to get the churros !!
