I ordered a large drink, finished it and asked for a refill so I could leave. After waiting 20 minutes and asking 3 times for a refill I was finally able to get one and leave. It wasn’t even busy, about 4 people who came in after me were able to order and receive their food before I was able to get one refill on my drink.

On Saturday May 14, 2022, I went to this location to dine-in but I wasn't going to dine-inside of the restaurant I was just going to make an order and take it to go. The time was 10:34 PM and the doors were locked and the employees were inside and saw me and acted like if there was no one there. They were only catering to the drive-thru customers. The sign at the door says 11:00 pm is the closing time so I don't know why it was closed at 10:34 PM. I live 2 blocks away from this restaurant so I went walking to just go in and order my food and go, But it seems that you corporations have become greedy towards non drive-thru costumers after the pandemic. You only cater to drive-thru costumers, What about if the customer doesn't have a car? Or lives close like me and there's no point in taking the car, That is very disrespectful and what is very wrong with America today beyond lazy people and corporations only catering to customers in cars.

I asked for extra caramel sauce on the frappe and the gentleman supposedly put light caramel sauce so when I asked for extra sauce they told me it was .35, I said okay and went to give them my phone for Apple Pay and the lady claimed I couldn’t pay with my phone and she told her co worker not to put the sauce because “I didn’t have money”. Very rude and unprofessional. BOTH of the older woman working the drive thru tonight were nasty and rude and I won’t be coming back because of them. :)

For being a 24 hour drive the they close completely at 12 and no one working. Multiple locations in hialeah are closing the their 24 hour drive through and only allowing Uber pick ups only. Complete false advertising on drive through hours and will be filling multiple complaints on multiple hialeah locations
