I understand why they want to encourage using the kiosk, but I came in, in a rush, and they absolutely refused to take my order at the counter. Terrible customer service. Even at a fast food establishment, I expect more. I don't need a lesson, I just wanted to get in and out quickly.

I have never seen such laziness among the employees. I came in to use the wi-fi as I waited to have my car cleaned next door and as a courtesy, I was going to order something off the menu. The employees at the front counter completely ignored not just me, but several other customers waiting to order. After being made to wait for more that five minutes (which for having worked in fast food before, I know to be a completely unacceptable form of customer service), I along with the other customers were told to order at the kiosk. In fact, I think it was a shift manager or team leader, told the employee at the register explicitly and out loud to not take orders from the customers.
After having worked at a McDonald's while in high school, the customer service ideology which I was taught (taught directly from a Hamburger University Rep. might I add) seems to not be applied at not just this McDonald's, but all the McDonald's in Hialeah.
I am surprised that this restaurant is still in business with such terrible customer.

Too many staff rushing in the kitchen no one running the register. All customers TOLD to use the ordering machine, then the person who should be at the register goes out to do the orders on the order machine for the guests, pointless. I had a coupon with no barcode so insisted she take my order at the register, she didn't know how to do that properly. Guest in front of me waiting 15 minutes for all his order to come out and it was wrong. Other guests at a table missing from their order and getting no help. The manager shouted at a guest because he suggested they retrain and get people to help properly and make orders correctly. Very rude manager/worker. This store is getting worse everytime I go there.

Whether you come in person or order Uber Eats, they never include the sauce so make sure you check your bag even if you specifically asked for it. Also it's summer and management apparently doesn't think it's a priority to order a new slushie machine. There's is broken so don't expect to get any slushies or ice cream here.

The Drive thru here at night is horrible. The managers and staff here only take one order at a time and wait until that driver gets their order before taking the next order. They will have 5 / 6 cars waiting to place orders and they don’t care. They take orders like this to make their metrics look good and make it appear they’re meeting McDonalds Corporate standards.

They take forever to take drive thru orders.. They want to make their metrics look good so they wait for there to be no cars in the drive thru before they take two more orders and repeat the process. As you can see, no cars and are waiting to place orders..

I would like to know who is the real manger in charge of this mc donalds or the human to resources number i call my daughter and the mangers screaming hang up the phone I don't care how disrespectful what is that where do this mangers get there training from and not to mention a 18 year old.that closes 8pm to 4am Friday and Saturday night a student they take a
dvantage of kids that go to school and only 1 break working from 8pm at night to 4am this place is horrible they don't care instead of teaching them how to work they shouldn't be screaming how would they like if a manger would scream at there kids super upset will take further action not right at all thats why everyone leaves because of the treatment and the discrmation

2 drive thru open for no reason. They don't take the orders in oder. I was waiting for 15 plus min for "FAST FOOD"🙄.
This time we wanted to dine in and the service was horrible. They asked me to place order from the kiosk and when i asked for help with the kiosk the young lady who attempted to help me did it with an attitude. No customer service skills at all. Even the couple that was behind me had a hard time and even left with out any food. This Mcdonald's really needs to be re evaluated on there service skills.. Very sad.
