Rally's Hamburgers

I had to give it two stars because the fries were burn and looked really old. I asked for all my drinks with no ice and they still put ice in them. The price for what I got was affordable but if I'm paying for something I'm expecting to get what I've paid for. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here.

I sat in the drive thru for almost 10 minutes, not cool. Always slow. I'm not sure what was taking so long it was only one car in front of me, and one person at the walk up window. Go figure. They need to shut this place down or fire every damn worker in here. because they lame as hell. the fries I got wear warm, not hot after waiting all that time and the burger I got had tomatoes on it that was so mushy like they had them soaking in water. it wasn't a fresh sandwich but, I was on my way to work and I couldn't turn around I didn't even have the time to do it. I will not ever stop here again and after reading all these negative reviews I don't know why they haven't close this place down yet. where are the CEOs of this company when you need them.

8$ for garbage food. Lettuce is soggy and tastes old. #3 large fries is really a medium. Advertises 1$ more for large but it's actually more. The burger tastes like vomit and looks like it has been sitting for 3 days under a heat lamp. Never going back. Worst fast food ever. Also what the hell happened to the checkers fries? They are barely seasoned now.

The person taking my order cut me off to correct me. I didn't even want to order anymore food for my family. They had a dirty look and got angry that I was making conversation with another employee. Update: The pick up took over thirty minutes and my friend and I were told they have attend to drive through. I told the employee, he could’ve took a order and forget about drivethrough for a moment and he said no. I know it’s his job, but nobody should wait over thirty minutes to make an order especially if nobody is in front of them. We only waited because I had ordered but my friend did not. My order was also wrong, I had no sauce on my wings that I had ordered.

Moldy burgers and no one cares. This is the fish sandwich that I received in conjunction with other burgers. When I called the Checkers to speak to the manager on duty, he was too busy to get on the phone despite the fact that he was told about the situation. The response was to bring it back to him for a refund. Really??? No time for a customer? Goes to show how much attention they place to what should be the core value of their business. What a shame. If there was a 0 I would have rated it so.
